Got a great deal and it installed fairly easy! Looks very sharp

After extensive searching we found the microwave we wanted at best Buy. The ordering process was very easy and the team was great to work with. It was delayed due to weather but once it arrived the team came and installed it quickly and efficiently. i was very happy with the service and it was the BEST deal.

Nicer looking and a better fit than the very expensive cumbersome microwave it replaced. Used it once so far and easy to use.

The appliance fit perfectly in the previous space. We didn’t have to worry about the mounting because we had the great installation team take care of the details. The look is modern and elegant. The sensor setting is a great way to reheat without worrying about overheating.

Nice looking microwave. Tho, I don't want the microwave to think for me, re to cook settings. I guess it offers a wide variety of options, so just keep scrolling. I would've also prefered instant cook when I push 1=1 min, 2=2 min. The fan turns on when the stove gets too hot. Only it's pretty sensitive. I had the griddle on and the fan turned itself on. It wasn't even as hot as I wanted! Don't know how to readjust the heat sensor. User manual did not come with re how to actually use the microwave and make adjustments. Also, when it reheats, it doesn't let you know the time the microwave is going. Just keeps going. Still trying to get used to it. I haven't had a new microwave in quite a long time, so I hope it's worth the money and will also last a LONG TIME!

Fantastic microwive. The door switches are a much better design than our previous microwave. Which is why we bought the Kitchen Aid. There is even a sensor that adjusts the time to prevent over cooking. This microwave was one of the tops with Consumer Reports and deservedly so.

fits nicely over the stove and vents well. You can turn the beep off that is nice. Inside lamp not hugely bright. cooks fast.

Buying this microwave from the time of purchase to using it has been a very positive experience for our household. The sales person (GAGE) was very helpful though out the process. The people that installed the microwave were very nice and cleaned up the area after the installation of the microwave.

Really good. We miss the back & forth, side to side rectangular tray on our old maytag. Round trays don't hold enough, unless you turn the circular motion off. Looks really good and so far does a good job

Very happy with this microwave. Reminds me when I forget I heated something up. Also, making popcorn it sensed the bag. Cooked it perfectly!!!!

Our prior microwave lasted - wait for it - 27 years. So we have pretty high expectations for any new one we chose. That said, our experience with this one so far has been excellent. Much higher cooking wattage is leading to significantly shorter times (e.g., a cup of water for tea that used to take 2 minutes is now done at 1:40, etc.). Very high capacity, almost "main" oven size interior. It's a bit louder than our prior microwave. It also comes out a bit more from the wall in front of the cabinetry - not a big deal visually, but what we've discovered is that it more completely covers the activity from the range below - so steam from boiling pots below is a more likely to accumulate on the bottom of the microwave. So you need to be a bit mindful of a quick wipe-down of the bottom in such cases after cooking on the range. In total, very impressed with our first month or so relying on it!
