The external lighting stopped working after merely a week, not because of bad light bulb. Feeling it was too much of hassle to get it replaced, I made a wrong decision not to return or exchange it. This thing did not effectively suck air out of my kitchen during its short life. The oil/grease just kept building up on the front door and the cabinet above it. The microwave itself was powerful. But after 13 months, or 1 month after the warranty expired, the microwave stopped working all of sudden. The repair cost would be close to buying a new one. So I guess soon it will be in the landfill. What a piece of garbage.

Disappointing because I use the timer a lot when cooking or baking in my oven.
