Great product, works great and very good looking appliance.

The design of this microwave is not only beautiful in & out, but well planned. The multiple settings for the fan & light are nice options. I believe this unit cooks faster, and more evenly than any we've had before. The black stainless finish is elegant and easy to keep clean!

Nice looking microwave. Works as expected. I do not use the optional rack. The instructions said to remove the rack unless it is in use. Not sure why it cannot be left in place. As of right now, I have only cooked one thing at a time.

I don’t microwave much. Needed a replacement, and I like Kitchenmaid products. It seems to be powerful, large interior, pleasing exterior. I recommend it.

Like it. Cooks evenly and easy to clean it frequently. No issues yet.

This microwave has a unique look and love the handle. Easily tall and deep enough for a turkey. User friendly as well.

This unit is quiet while in use but the fan runs for a while if oven is in use

We've had this microwave for two weeks now and so far all is good. The vent fan is reasonably quiet- much quieter than our prior two microwaves- and it seems to cook more evenly than past microwaves. The controls are intuitive and overall it's easy to use. Very pleased at this point.

We replaced our Samsung microwave which died at about 2 years old with this one. We find it to quickly heat foods throughout. The sensing option is nice as well. Also it has a very pleasant chime

So far works great, almost lost hope using Kitchen Aid products but it got restored. Well built doesn't look like it will fall apart like the one I purchased a few years back keeping fingers crossed. Nice design and great features.

Great design, heats up fast and easy to clean. Love the quiet tone it has when food is done instead of a loud annoying beep.

Love this microwave. Its sleek design enhances the look of my modern kitchen. The inside is large and can accommodate bigger items. Bith inside amd outaide are easy to clean. the wattage is strong.

Stainless exterior and frosted interior steel. So many other parts that are plastic. The underneath hood light is dim even on high. They definitely don’t make them like they used to.

Very straightforward installation, I was able to do it mysekf. Looks great. Got on Memorial Day sale so the value vs. comparable models (namely LG) was a no brainer.

I love how this over the range microwave sets up. The interior size is awesome and it’s level of power is more than I could have imagined

We got this as a replacement for a new Samsung. After having Samsung repaired 3 times with no success, Best Buy and Samsung exchanged the microwave for KitchenAid. It is the best we have ever had. Does everything, easy to clean, beautiful black stainless.

bought to replace over oven Kenmore microwave looks good and has worked well satisfied with kitchen aids quality installation went very smooth installer was very professional and did a great job !

Replaced old 13 year old Kitchenaid micro wave which worked fine for years but was very noisy. This one is quiet and works fine since it was instaledl. Installation by Best Buy was neat and done with no problems.

Cooks fast! Love the ease of use of this microwave and the fact that it cooks so fast and evenly. We have this in our basement and a drawer microwave on our main level. The entire family prefers this one!

I haven't used the sensor cooking as I mostly used mine for heating leftovers. Will need to pull out book and see there are instructing on using it....I'm sure there is.
