Works great no issues very easy to install I chose to install this myself.

Typical over the stove microwave with good overall performance. Reheats and cooks effectively. Plate reheat sensor function seems to run a little too long at times. Timer & end of cooking alarms do not stop prior to manually canceling (not helpful if not present at the end time). Volume cannot be adjusted. Interior finish is unusually not smooth.

A bit more complicated than the one that it replaced, but I do like it. Used to be able to hit up to 6 automatic buttons and would add from 1-6 minutes immediately. I do need to get a bit more familiar with this one to see if this does. One negative, light inside is not very bright at all, but intend to also check further on this.

This is a great unit !!! It was great experience from sales to delivery. I installed myself and with the templates that are included in the owners manual was very easy deciding where to drill the holes

I replaced a GE Profile and am very pleased. It looks beautiful and stylish. It heats properly and quickly. Truly like the sensor cooking, although the plates and bowls come out very hot. The food temp is perfect. Can’t wait to keep exploring!

This was a replacement for a 17 year old microwave. It has so many great features. I wish the light underneath was brighter but overall I love it.

The microwave works well and quiet but the auto fan seems to not working properly. I set it on auto to kick on when sense the heat from the stove but it didn't work, had to manually turn on

Nice looking microwave. Matches my KitchenAid Range. The price tag was a little bit higher than LG or GE but there are a lot of easy to use features. I was pleasantly surprised by the bright light over the stove which has two settings. T The key to any microwave is whether it will last, so come back to me in a few years and I will be happy to give you an update.

Our Samsung microwave died after only 4 years. I researched Kitchenaid, liked what I saw in the reviews, got a great deal on an out of box unit. Couldn't be happier.

I’m not a big fan of microwaves….I have not owned one in over 8 years, but my husband wanted a matching microwave for our new oven and this one is pretty fancy, but easy to use.

I love my new Kitchen Aid over the range microwave. Nice selection of heating options, the quietest microwave I've ever owned, easy cleaning, and a nice sounding chime when it's done with a cycle.

Really love the energy save standby mode for the display. Easy to use without a great deal of time learning the technology but looking forward to learning more functions as I go.

It's a nice product works well, looks good. It came out of the box with a dent on the side is the reason for a star reduction. Installation crew did a great job, they were quick and showed me all the features quickly. They also honored the price match guarantee.

The install instructions were a little rough but we got it done. The unit has good power, definitely different than what we're accustomed to, but that isn't necessarily bad. Wish you could get a one or two minute cycle just by pressing the 1 or 2 button, but oh well.

Love it - does everything, is quiet, and has an important new feature - sensor fan - will probably keep this working longer as it sits over the stovetop......

Fan is great. Has quite a few speeds. More quiet close.

This is very attractive and very functional microwave!

Enjoy it.. less deep than the 1.9 and that helps. I miss the manual timed defrost and reheat however.
