I love my new microwave, very quiet and does the job well. Didnt give it 5 stars because due to the length being an inch longer than the standard, I had to have my backsplash cut some to be able to properly mount and fit it into the designated space

This appliance has one-button options for many uses. I like that it has a sensor to determine when food is thoroughly warm. It is spacious and fits in the same space as my old microwave.

Best Buy didn't have it on their list to "Install" - even though they were installing the refridgerator, the stove and a dishwasher, somehow this didn't make it on their list to-do even though purchased at same time as other units. Overall, nice unit.

Looks great, nice and large , easy to operate. The fan is powerful and comes on automatically if the stove gets too hot.

It’s a great little microwave. I like that it is about an inch less height than our previous GE clunker from 2012. So it gives us that extra space above the stove. Great cooker, cooks things evenly. No problems at all so far. Was debating about this or the mid price convection but that one has a chrome border around the glass whereas this one does not. I wanted this one since I got the gas range with the back panel controls to match. Gotta have it perfect right? You’ll be keeping it for a long time.

This microwave is more efficient then the one it replaced. It is so quiet and has a fan that comes on automatically when it's cooking. I'm very pleased with it's performance.

Seems to be the time for needing new appliances, our old microwave quit after many years of service and we looked at a lot of them and decided to try Kitchen Aid. It was one of the highest rated ones and we do have a couple of other Kitchen Aid appliances and they have worked well. This has only been in use for a little over a month and it is great. It heats everything evenly unlike our last one. It does take some getting use to how it works, but it seems to be working great.
