This is a great toaster, and it does its job very well. You just need to figure out what heat setting is best for different types of bread, bagels, or whatever else you are toasting. It is a nice looking, good quality toaster.

Bought this cool looking toaster for the name and color lol. It has a bagel button that I don't use, but cool idea. Toast almost never pop's all the way up and makes a beeping noise when it's done, that you can't turn off. I'm on the edge with this product, balancing at 50/50. It chars my toast pretty evenly on each side, which is why I had to get a new toaster. The slot to place your bread or whatever you wanna toast is very wide so bagels fit fine.

I've been used to cheap toasters my whole life. This unit looks nice, and toasts nicely. Feels well built. I love the bagel button and the beep when your toast is done. No issues this far.

I don't have any complaints about this toaster. It toasts evenly on both sides perfectly on the lowest setting. I use it for frozen pancakes and frozen waffles.

We got the toaster to make some bagels and toasts for the family - however after about two months of use, it suddenly stopped working. For as long as it worked, it did great tho.

Love the design and color. Cancel button a nice touch. Easy remove crumb tray. Works well. Happy with this purchase.

Besides the great design, the dials and levers make it extremely to use. I enjoy every slice of bread I toast!

I picked it up at the store 1/13/21 after waiting for 3 weeks for it to be in stock. DISAPPOINTED! Tried twice to toast bread because the first time it was brown on one side and pale on the opposite side. I thought maybe it needed to get a second try, but it did the same thing. I was replacing a toaster I had for a few years that only recently wasn't really 'toasting' anymore. This toaster on the first day isn't toasting on both sides of ordinary bread (not a bagel). It's going back to the store promptly! My old Hamilton Beach was 10X better! Don't buy it if you want 'even' toasting.
