All fridges seem to be made by the same company now so not really sure if this is worth it, but it's a good fridge so far.

Shows fingerprints and is small - works great if you have a second fridge but too small for family as only fridge

I love this refrigerator. The sleek look and counter depth make my kitchen look so much nicer. The plus is the space inside. For being a counter depth refrigerator their is still a lot of space inside.

Delivery guy was lazy and set our valve was leaking in order to avoid installing the refrigerator. He scratched our wall and floor. The 3rd party Has done nothing to help repair the damages. Completely unprofessional!

My KitchenAid counter depth refrigerator was delivered 3 weeks ago. I wanted the Whirlpool version of the refrig but it wasn’t available. I was told the KitchenAid was the same unit. I discovered one important difference is that my KitchenAid lacks the finger print prevention feature that its Whirlpool twin has. Pretty significant difference in my book. Still getting used to the very small inside. While I don’t “lose” items hidden in the back as I did with my non-counter depth refrig, this refrig has a small capacity. For example, no way to store a 2 liter bottle vertically, and the ice maker and tray consume a good portion of the freezer. My biggest gripe is that 3 weeks post delivery, I am already having problems. Last night the refrig inexplicably went from a temp of 38 to 58. I was on hold for 30 min with Whirlpool service center and then told that a service tech won’t be available for 5 days. I’m out a refrigerator full of perishables and worried that, with problems surfacing just 3 weeks into the life of this appliance, its long term reliability is highly suspect.

Great fridge! Love the drawers and shelves.its my first time having a French door and it is easy to adjust to!

I’ve had this refrigerator for a few months now and could not be happier. It looks great, keeps the food at a consistent temp, and the ice maker and water dispenser have worked without any issues.

The best KitchenAid appliances I have ever owned! We do have an issue with rotting in the seals, but it still works perfect

This is an attrative refrigerator, and holds the temperature well. However I did not realize that in order to use the internal water dispenser you had to use two hands. This was very inconvenient for me, and it had a smaller capacity than I was used to . I am returning this and upgraded to a larger capacity and outside watyer dispenser.

Freezes eggs, door hand on freezer is loose for the 3rd time. If you don't shut the doors properly you are doomed. Items will have a frost all over. The ice machine is great but ice falls to the bottom through the freezer baskets but it is difficult to clean out. I would tell my friends to purchase it it is better than the horrid Samsung I had.

I love this fridge!!! Don't let the shallow depth fool you, it has tons of space inside and doesn't stick out like those really deep fridges do. Also this particular fridge has a water line inside built into the side of the wall. It is out of the way and keeps the front of the fridge really clean. That was the main reason we picked this version. The handles are amazing with the knurled effect and the red accent ends are really cool.

We just wanted a basic counter depth refrigerator without all the fancy electronics that go bad. This is a great unit! The water and ice are on the inside which gives it a clean and classy look. Works great!

this is the perfect find. did not want something too expensive yet still act as if it was. easy to get what you need and know what you need to get when you ready to fill it.

Quality Refrigerator, well made and very easy to use

I am not regret to pay couple hundred more to get this refrigerator. The product itself is solid, good quality but the service that Best Buy provided was terrible. I move to new house and need it badly, and they delivered a week later .No apology, nothing. First, The delivery guy accidentally hit my new wall when move the refrigerator to second floor. Second, i was promised by Best Buy "warehouse" that I will get the gift card for late delivery. And I got nothing still. I spent thousands dollar in Best Buy every year and i think deserve better service. If you hear me , please take good care for your royal customer .thanks!!!!!

Freezer is smaller then required, other then that it’s functional.

It is a great size for a small family. I do not have the water hooked up, it has a different connection than what I have. I likely won’t connect it, have to rerun the hose, which results to taking cabinets apart. Using ice trays. The shelves are adjustable. If the door isn’t closed properly, an alarm goes off. It’s not loud, just enough for you to start looking. The bottom freezer, you have to stack food so you can close it. Basically, it’s what I was looking for.

First experience with stainless and so far not as hard to keep clean as I was told. Love the french doors and the freezer on the bottom. This product looks great and is a nice addition to our kitchen.
