Fridge was up to our expectations. We like the water feature inside seems colder. Freezer is smaller but we wanted to buy less and it is making for less waste.

Gentlemen who made the installations very good. We like all the products except the refrigerator; which is noisy during its cooling cycle. Pretty loud and last for approx 15 sec. Nice surprise is our dishwasher which is very low noise during It’s cleaning.

I needed counter-depth, and this refrigerator has ample space. Love that it is french door, bottom mount freezer, and no external water dispenser. Looks great!

Love the refrigerator part. Freezer kind of small. If I had not had a freezer in the garage might have had to send it back. Did not get to see it in the store. This a counter depth so smaller. But the refrigerator is big and like having the 2 doors.

This refrigerator is an excellent product. It works efficiently, looks stylish, and has a lot of room inside. I'm very happy with the purchase. Also, the sales person in Eastvale was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Not as good as the previous version. It looks the same, but it got smaller and the ice does not roll out with the drawer. All in all a good product but cheaper quality than its predecessor. Expect more from Kitchen Aid.

This is my first counter depth fridge so it seemed small at first, but it actually is perfectly adequate in the refrigerator section. The freezer is much smaller than my previous one, but not a big issue. I would like to have had leveling feet as my floor slopes- my main con with this fridge.

We are very pleased with our new Kitchen Aid refrigerator. The installation went smoothly and was done efficiently. The shelving design works wonderfully for us to store our beverages, condiments and salad ingredients. The freezer compartment is roomy and the icemaking is excellent. The freezer maintains a good even temperature for storing our foods. In addition the water dispenser works well and meets our needs.

We had the exact same refrigerator, which broke during the quarantine period. We chose to replace. I thought the drawers would have improved - no such luck. They should slide better. But I’m very happy to have the replacement.

Plenty of room, makes plenty of ice too. Great fridge space and easy freezer space. Perfect match for our current kitchen appliances.

Outstanding fridge. Looks gorgeous in our custom kitchen. The handles are a great focal point and make it really easy to grab ahold of. Love the way the interior is constructed and has adjustable shelving. I get a lot of use out of the water line. I like that it's on the inside and doesnt take up any usable space. The freezer is nice to have on the bottom. Bought some plastic food bins to make it easier to organize meats and frozen foods.

Looks modern and classy with lots of storage!! Needed a quiet fridge this is it!!

Beautiful fridge! I love the French doors! We bought this as an open box and bought a 5 year warranty on this fridge. This fridge was such a good deal that we couldn’t pass it up. I actually really like that it has a water dispensers inside the fridge. Very energy efficient. I like how the ice dispenser doesn’t take up room in the fridge.

I have been looking for a french door counter depth refrigerator for quite a while. I have a narrow, galley kitchen and I have been changing out my appliances to stainless steel as I can. This refrig has a rich stainless steel finish. The door handles are distinctive. There is plenty of room in the freezer and it makes ice quickly. I like the drawers. the lowest one goes all the way across and has a divider to partition it to your needs. Everything adjusts and I like that nothing is out of reach in the back.

I had to buy a fridge when mine died on Christmas Eve. Looked at reviews on line and ended up buying the same fridge that died but 15 years newer. I have had good luck with Kitchenaid with past appliances so I didn't want to try something new. The things that I have had to get used to were the french doors and the ice is small. The things I don't like is no tray for eggs (like the old one had) and the shelves don't go all the way to the back wall of the refrigerator. I do like having all the new bells and whistles of the temperature and controls right at the top and view-able as you open the door. I wish it alarmed if I left the door open though. The Fridge went on sale the week after I bought and they refunded the difference no questions asked. Glad I looked at the ad for the next week. The delivery guys took away my old one, hooked up the ice maker and were polite and neat.

We like the depth, styling is nice. The stainless does not mark up like our old unit, much improved. Apparently, today's refrigerators make a start-up noise and then run quiet. Inside, the meat drawer requires both doors to be open, which seems to be the way everyone makes their units. The end of the handles have a red dot, seems odd. Great unit for our needs, and the counter depth provides a lot more room to walk by.

We happened to be in the store shopping for tv and sound systems but we also needed a replacement refrigerator. Due to COVID, refrigerators haven’t seemed to be in stock. Especially counter depth, stainless steel, French door with inside water dispenser style refrigerators. I explained to the associate what we were in the market for and she suggested this. My wife and I ended up buying on line that night. Delivery team was on time and unbelievably courteous. I should note however, they arrived in an unmarked box truck with a card board square taped to the doors with the DOT number and “Best Buy” handwritten on it. Sketch. The fridge is great, simple and hopefully reliable. We have 3 kids under three and already got our first dent so beware. My two minor annoyances are: 1. The water dispenser drips for about a full second after the button is release. 2. The ice cubs seems to be about 25% smaller than normal. Both are very issues and overall I’m very happy.

This refrigerator keeps things very cold and is very quiet. The adjustable shelves and drawers provide the set up that you desire.

Love this refrigerator. Counter depth is great..Freezer drawers are awesome. And, it's quiet.
