Great to see ice cubes again after dark times with Samsung refrigerator. Overall appearance is sharp but the feel and sturdiness of the doors and freezer is below average.

USA made-fabulous! It is very roomy for the refrigerator part but the freezer baskets should be a deep shelf because it is a waste of space with wire baskets. You cannot fit a lot of items in them.

Just Ok refrigerator. Water dispenser leaks. Freezer bottom has ice buildup but can’t figure out why. Otherwise cools properly.

I bought this as my 3 yr old Samsung was a lemon and got a refund. It is ok, not real stainless steel. Is also darker inside and could use more lighting. The water inside is cumbersome as it takes two hands to fill anything but does flow fast. I’ve only had it a few weeks and it works fine , makes a few odd noises. Not as well designed as the Samsung but hopefully works keeping my food cold. The bins in the freezer aren’t solid and you can’t store much food but is fine for two of us. A separate middle drawer would have been better as you have to open both doors to access it. All obvious when you look at it but I had limited choices that would work in my kitchen. Also is not true counter depth but i knew that. Best Buy salespeople are great to work with.

My 2nd kichenaide fridge like this one. The last house sold and with it went the fridge, they wanted it!! We then Had to return a Samsung after having it for a few days realizing there is no comparison to the kitchenaide. so exchanged it, best buy is excellent with exchanges. This fridge is super cold. This fridge is beautiful you get what you pay for 5 stars. It is the classiest cleanest looking chef style high end restaurant refridgerator on the market for this price .

I'm enjoying my refrigerator, it's just right for me... I love the way it cools, freezes, the ice maker location, just everything about it. It's also my first French door with bottom freezer, should have gotten one long time ago... SUPER PLEASED!

Good quality fridge in terms of maintain food and keeping items cool. I like the counter depth. Just the freezer is too small, hard to bend down and reach. I should have gotten a side by side fridge.

We are enjoying the new fridge. The counter depth model complemented our space. Our old fridge clunked out on a Saturday and we really appreciated that Best Buy had this model on hand. We did check every appliance store in the area. So we decided to buy a complete suite from Best Buy because they could supply the fridge immediately. THANK YOU!!! BEST BUY

I had limited options that would fit the existing space and this made the cut! It fit perfectly, better than I anticipated! So far this refrigerator is great! It has plenty of space, a good layout and looks good, too!

It fits perfectly in our kitchen and it has a very nice water dispenser inside the door. Happy with the purchase!

This was a real disappointment. The replacement for a 17-year-old KitchenAid counter depth side by side that I had been very happy with but it was just done. This one is smaller and the freezer is ridiculous. The unit also makes weird sounds that are apparently the fluid circulating.

This is a pretty refrigerator. It’s clean and easy to see everything. I really like the handles. So many refrigerators today have flimsy aluminum ones. These feel substantial.

I love love love this fridge, but didn’t realize when getting a counter depth how small it would be. Maybe I have too much food? Both freezer and fridge seem small. Love how it’s all organized. Love the wine rack. I’m just going to have to organize better!

This appliance fits right in (we ordered stainless) with all of out others-- which are not Kitchen Aid. We had a Kitchen Aid refrigerator at another property and were quite pleased overall so when it came time to replace our old (maybe 28 years old!) GE Monogram, we did not want to go down that road again (extremely expensive for repairs!) so the Kitchen Aid was selected and is very nice. Quiet, neat (nice lines) and works well in our house.

Better than I expected. It DOES have a water dispenser. You have to look inside to see it. On the left side, somewhat hidden by the door. I particularly like the organization. The shelves are designed well, the interior is very light, and it's easy to see what's in it. I don't miss having extra "stuff" on the outside of the door. Great buy.

Looks fantastic. Love the top refrigerator, the filtered water and ice, the temperature readouts. But the freezer is tight quarters and much smaller than my old freezer on a 20.3 cu ft refrigerator. Be sure that you can adjust to such a cramped space before buying.

We have had our refrigerator about a Month. I love it. Very quiet, great ice maker too

We are enjoying our new refrigerator. The size was perfect and we like the French doors and freezer doors. It's easy to keep clean and to change the positions of the shelves. Icemaker and water spout work well.

The refrigerator section is roomy enough for a small household, just two people here. Freezer section is quite small. Overall I am satisfied, we did our research before and we knew what we were purchasing.

This unit is well thought out in design. It operates quietly and efficiently.
