It’s very nice n lots of room n quiet we love the French doors

Bought this fridge to match our kitchen appliances and because it was the most reasonably priced of the Kitchenaid options. Keeps the food cold and does what it's built to do. I like that it still has a filtered water dispenser even if it isn't external.

It is hard to find a large French door refrigerator that is counter depth. I am very happy with my choice so far.

The Kitchenaid 20 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator is fantastic! It has more room than the 25 cu. ft. GE that I replaced it with! The layout is perfect, convenient, and easy to access. Also love the water inside the door as well as the ice maker.

Good experience initially, but trouble checking out because their phones had been down so, getting card and what ever else was required for the deal took forever. Very tired by the time w left, but all was eventually done.

So far, so good. I love the simplicity of this refrigerator. I have 3 boys at home and was tired of water drips all over the door and ice all over the floor with the dispensers on the outside. For us having those things inside is just right. And love the look of Kitchenaid

As expected. Get a change from side by side refrigerator. Find out the freezer is smaller than side by side and 4 degree compartment is bigger. Appearance is bigger than side by side although they are same dimension.

The refrigerator is problematic. At first use it failed to control temperature, wouldn't dispense water but 3 seconds at a time and wouldn't produce ice. The main issue with this purchace is the run around I recevied when trying to get the issues resolved. Bestbuy pushed me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer pushed me back to Bestbuy. After a month of this I finally got to someone that knew what was going on. That is, Bestbuy covers my appliance for a year from purchace and with my extended warranty I am covered for any needed repairs. That would have been goo to know before I was passed around for a good month or so. Now waiting on parts for another month, so far. This all could have been handeled in a more timely fashion if anybody else could have given me the correct information from the beginning. I am now hoping to get a the fix or replacement. Two months is a long time to be with out a functioning refrigerator.

Although the capacity is smaller (being counter depth) the layout and trays make it functional for my family. I love the multiple gallon trays in the doors, wine rack, and easy to clean surfaces. We haven’t had any problems so far.

We have had this appliance for 1 year and have had three service calls on the freezer, which accumulates frost over all the items in the freezer over time and then leaks water on to our new flooring. I think we need a replacement or a better service provider as we are still having issues. We have had to defrost it several times to get the ice maker to resume working. Good thing our old fridge is in the garage or we would have lost a lot of food. The refrigerator compartment works great and we like the look, but overall, I would not recommend.

So happy with this purchase! It's got great capacity but it is certainly contingent on shelf placement. The water filter inside the fridge is a great addition while keeping the sleek look and capacity of a fridge without a water filter externally. If you've got space for bigger, always go bigger, but this fridge is fantastic and makes use of every square inch.

more than adequate door storage; easy access to freezer items; controls work very well and as indicated. The only con is the sliders on the refrigerator drawers, not fingertip easy

We had the same design and brand prior. We like this model equally well and it is better made.

I feel the inside is smaller than my last “counter size” fridge. Ice maker is noisy, but makes a great amount of ice quickly!

Because it is counter depth, we expected this refrigerator to feel small but it is actually quite roomy. Not having ice and water in the door not only givesit the clean look we wanted, it also gives you more room inside. And getting water from the little spigot inside is convenient and the water is colder than in typical water in the door setups.

Replaced a 15 year old top freezer with this french door model. Our old fridge was much larger but this is so easy to see everything and holds a surprising large amount of food. My biggest concern was if it would show fingerprints and I find because of the door handle design we almost never touch the doors. We have had it for a month and so far a great fridge!

A great choice for our new place, being counter depth, but very similar to our old kitchenaid fridge. (In a good way!) At first I thought the “wire” basket design for the freezer was inferior to our previous fridge’s solid “plastic” drawers, but actually, being able to see what we have down in our freezer, is easier with the wire baskets. I also like the smaller size ice. I did like the in-fridge water dispenser in our old fridge, where the button and spout allowed you to just use one hand, but I am getting used to the new one, where you need to use both hands. Overall very happy with this new kitchenaid fridge!

Love this fridge. Only thing I would change is I would want a little bit bigger freezer. :)

After just over 2 years I’d have to say I have buyers remorse. My stainless has worn poorly, the refrigerator door handle just pulled off, the over light died in the first year and the dishwasher lower rack never stays on n it’s track. Literally every appliance we bought in this set has some issue. . . and again, it’s barely been 2 years.

This is a great refrigerator. It’s roomy and very quiet.
