The doors were not properly aligned, so they did not close tightly. Best Buy delivered two other refrigerators of the same model. One was damaged with dents on the side and drawer, with doors improperly aligned. The third delivery had the same door issue. I returned and am now looking for another refrigerator at a different supplier. It is unbelievable that none of the Geek Squad guys knew how to align the doors. Very disappointed with Best Buy. I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy. In addition, the first delivery resulted in the water line improperly connected resulting in water ruining my hardwood floors. When I called Geek Squad to report, I was basically told to "deal with it" because no one was available until several days later. I filed a damage claim and am waiting for damage repair. That's another issue. No response to my emails or phone messages. Sooooo disappointed!

Beautiful functionality and design. Love the old style ice maker. Less hassle than in the door designs in my experience thus far. Still filtered water inside. Roomier, easy to access upper fridge band lower freezer.

Exactly what i wanted. Like the handles texture, they don't show fingerprints.

This refrigerator is great. I thought I would miss not having ice on the door but haven't missed it at all. Roomy and easy to find items. Fit into my counter depth space perfectly

Love the color and quality of KitchenAid but the freezer space is small and not easy to access and organize.

My fridge is awesome EXCEPT it came with a broken water dispense. Apparently this is a common flaw with this system. Now I have to wait until December for a replacement! 5/5 quality product but this (apparently) recurring problem make it go down to 3/5.

This refrigerator had everything we were looking for: clean aesthetic, high-end interior and quiet function. Counter depth was a must and this was the best value for what we wanted to spend. Very happy with our purchase.

This is the only counter depth fridge that would fit. The doors wing open almost flush, so it can be close to the wall

Looks good, but space inside is too cluttered. Door does not always shut completely, because if the gadget needed to seal the doors. Freezer is likewise cluttered with fixtures. Ice maker drops ice onto the bottom where it’s impossible to reach. I like the styling and filtered water.

This is a very attractive refrigerator/freezer that works well, is easy to clean despite stainless steel. The compartments are well organized and hold more than you'd think. This was an excellent purchase.

3 yrs in and still going strong. For a counter depth fridge, it holds a respectable amount of food. Temp is very consistent, easy to clean, easy to replace water filter, and good looking!

I have only had this refrigerator for one month; but so far it is great. Right from the start the temperature settings have been accurate and there is so much room!

there is a lot of room in the fridge part. my only negative is condensation is constantly on the area where two doors meet.
