We really love our new refrigerator. We got a great deal on it and our daughtet is thinking of getting the same one!

Love it so far, a lot small inside because of the counter depth , but plenty for two

Best buy and KitchenAid both at the fault here. 1. Store and online store both show small shelfs have rubber gripper. Both my fridge which were ordered didn't had them; both fridge??? read below 2.Store as well as online store both show KitchenAid door in alignment; first fridge which was delivered had complete offset of alignment... Delivery guy didn't even bother looking at that... When we looked at it; we call best buy geek squad with total tech protection for both issues shelfs and alignment. 3. Brand new fridge both have annoying stains which don't go out easily I called Total tech for first delivery with all three problem... Best they could is replace it They did replace it but new fridge still has slight alignment problem which we are sucking it up and keeping it as is. Though I called best buy right after the delivery off second fridge for shelfs; guy on call ordered the shelf; which i don't know why first total tech person didn't do.. I did not except this from best buy; even after getting total tech service....

We were not sure whether to buy this French door or the leg model and we are happy we chose the kitchen aide, very quiet and attractive!

This counter depth refrigerator delivers - looks great and performs well. Freezer has limited space, so being creative when loading helps.

Love the way it is organized and really love the fact that the handles are steel brushed so they don't show fingerprints! Really cuts down on cleaning.

Love it! Looks great with the clean doors as the water dispenser is inside. Is so silent you barely hear it.

The end result- the new Kitchen Aid appliances- are all outstanding. The deliveries, not at all outstanding. I ordered the appliance in June, 2024 and at last, deliveries were completed in September, 2024. The first scheduled delivery didn’t happen, was cancelled but I didn’t know until I called OTT. The second delivery didn’t happen, but the delivery company said there was no one home at the delivery time. But, no motion recorded on either Ring camera. Two of the appliances were damaged, and when I contacted customer service in India, I was offered a $100 credit. Thanks but no thanks. My rule from now on, if I can’t pick it up, I don’t buy it from Best Buy. Overall, a long and frustrating experience. And, I missed two days of work waiting for deliveries that never showed up. Never again.

I was looking for a refrigerator that did not have a water dispensor and is counter depth. This fridge fits perfectly and has some great features.

Great product so far if you need a low cost counter depth fridge.. especially during the pandemic and supply chain shortage, it's hard to come by many option. At first, the water leaked, but once the fridge was cold enough, the leaking stopped.

The fridge is perfect. Works as described and it looks beautiful. I get a lot of compliments. I recommend this fridge. I've had it almost a year now.

Small space fits great. Lots of interior room and the inside water dispenser is great

User friendly! I love the H2o disperser. I found it easy to move because of the rollers and ease of lifting the feet uto access the rollers.

My wife and I are empty-nesters (nine months out of the year) and we decided to retire our 24-year old kitchen fridge. We hunted around and decided on this model. It fits our needs perfectly and looks great in our kitchen. There's not as much room as the old fridge but we don't need as much anymore. We got the Best Buy extended warranty and are very happy with our purchase. It's a well-made refrigerator and I love how it keeps our drinks icy cold!
