KitchenAid makes quality appliances. Well worth the extra money. Best Buy is competitively priced and delivery men were careful and considerate. Yes I recommend KitchenAid and Best Buy.

User friendly! I love the H2o disperser. I found it easy to move because of the rollers and ease of lifting the feet uto access the rollers.

My wife and I are empty-nesters (nine months out of the year) and we decided to retire our 24-year old kitchen fridge. We hunted around and decided on this model. It fits our needs perfectly and looks great in our kitchen. There's not as much room as the old fridge but we don't need as much anymore. We got the Best Buy extended warranty and are very happy with our purchase. It's a well-made refrigerator and I love how it keeps our drinks icy cold!

I would give it zero stars if I could. We had fridge delivered three days before SIP. I noticed a stain on the front minutes after the team left and called immediately. They booked an appointment for someone to come back a week later but then cancelled when they were no longer able to come into our home. I decided to suck it up and deal with the stain, pandemic and all. Over the next few months the rubber on the inside of the doors started peeling off. I decided to deal with this too, but now it's peeling so badly the door barely seals. Best Buy will do NOTHING for me because it's been 7 months even though it's still covered by the warranty. Product is terrible quality and company has zero accountability. Will never shop here again. Anyone want my 25 points?

It took some time, and had to send the first unit back which was delivered in a damaged condition. As a result we had to wait a few weeks for the new unit to be delivered. The new unit finally came and was in perfect condition. We have only had the fridge for a few weeks and so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

This refrigerator is value priced and simple to use.

I love this fridge. There are liners in the shelves that can be removed to clean easier. Very convenient for condiments that spill.

I am a total KitchenAid fan. However, I am disappointed with this particular refrigerator. I didn't realize that being counter depth that it would lose as much space inside as it did. Also, I don't like that it doesn't have the ice and water dispenser on the door. But these issues don't diminish the quality of the product in any way, Just a realization that I should have thought it through more before purchasing.

Really like the French door. So much room in the refrigerator part. Was disappointed in freezer. Much smaller then I had before. I have a freezer in my garage so don't mind. I was limited in what would size refrigerator would fit in the space the old refrigerator was in.
