Cheap quality. Expect yearly out of pocket repairs. Upon running the ice machine for the first time, an ice cube came out with a screw frozen inside of it. We were able to return the fridge and get another one and the second fridge almost immediately had problems with the water dispenser slowly dripping. We got that repaired under warranty, and it more or less works, but still drips. In the second year of ownership the door gasket tore with what looks like someone sliced it with a knife. KitchenAid suggested this would be covered under the 5 year warranty, but their repair person said this was not the case. He mentioned the right door gasket rubs often on the left door if you are opening the left door too often. The water dispenser is on the left side, so naturally, that door gets used more often. So in two years, two fridges, two service visits, and another $300 in repairs. Unless it's a stand mixer, I'm avoiding anything KitchenAid or Whirlpool.

It is a good product. It fits beautifully into the space we needed due to the size of our kitchen.

The refrigerator arrived in excellent condition and the installers, Luis and Edgar, were terrific showing efficiency, knowledge about the product, and patience in explaining what the owner needed to know. The appliance looks great and, so far, is running well..

I don't feel the sales associate had much insight on the product. The fridge is way smaller than we thought.

On time delivery. First refrigerator was damaged in transit. A replacement was delivered in just two days.

We purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator as it was considered one of the highest rated for quality. It has not worked since it was installed. The company claims it was incorrectly manufactured. There are no others available and we were told it may be until May of 2022 before they can ship us a new one. If there is anything less than one star let me know.

Great product, excellent delivery, and onsite setup. Best Buy even hauled away the old appliances.

Had to purchase a new fridge fast!! This is the fridge that went with all other appliances I had. Didn’t look very big in the store and I was having a hard time thinking it was gonna work for my family. So far so good, think I might have more room

They delivered my refrigerator on June 13th. The freezer door was broken. When you open the freezer door, the track pulled to the left. I called Best Buy and they sent out a technician to look at the frig. They said they could not fix it. They ordered me a replacement. The replacement came and I had the delivery employees check the freezer door before they brought it in. The second refrigerator also had a broken freezer door. The delivery employee called the geek squad and told them what happened. The geek squad talked to me and asked what I wanted to do. I said I want my money back so I could get a different refrigerator. The set it up and gave me a case number. I ordered a Bosch refrigerator, but it won't be delivered until July 27th. So they said I couldn't get a credit for the 2nd bad refrigerator until they deliver the Bosch and pick up the Kitchen Aid. The kitchen aid was $2346 charged to my credit card and now the Bosch is $4300. So I have over $6600 on my credit card and have to pay that bill and wait until they deliver the new refrigerator and then they say I will get the credit for the kitchen aid.

Thanks for asking. It's the refrigerator I wanted and it works very well. I do use the water dispenser or ice maker. I use well water and it's not appropriate.

This KitchenAid refrigerator is great. It is high quality, efficient, and saves energy. I would strongly recommend it. Also, thank you Best Buy for the great service.

We love this fridge and haven’t had any issues with it. Definitely recommend!!

It’s the same design as our previous fridge, just counter depth. It looks way nicer tucked in flush with the cabinets.

Seems to cool quickly in both compartments. I would have preferred to have water & ice in the door but wasn't available in this size.

Purchased a 24 cu fridge come to find out it was too big to fit through the kitchen door. Had to go with this 20 cu. Very happy with it.

I am still satisfied with this purchase, the best customer service we ever had anywhere. Thank you for your employees care.

I love this fridge!!!!! It’s very flexible for storage . I really like the door alarm for when the door is left open too long.
