This Kitchen Aid refrigerator is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. The inside is very usable and organized for every day use.

It's too soon to tell. It was installed only 2 days ago.

This 20 cu ft refrigerator replaced a 22 cu ft and it has more room. Much better interior configuration. The motor is quiet and the LED lights light up everything well.

You must close left door then right door in that order ,If not close properly, condensation builds and water drips onto the floor.

My new KitchenAid refrigerator is wonderful! I love the freezer drawer, it is so handy for me to use. The door shelves are a great depth and my milk is very handy.

I'm not one to complain and understand the challenges companies have supporting products, but do not buy KitchenAid. Unfortunately the Samsung Bespoke isn't made in a zero clearance fridge that works based on the kitchen layout and had to buy KitchenAid. The quality itself is a downgrade from Samsung, but much worse, the fridge started failing 8 months after purchase. Because it's still inside the manufacturer warranty, Best Buy is not able to service the item (I am a Total Rewards Member as well, providing full coverage) and you have to deal with KitchenAid/Whirlpool. They have sent out 3 technicians already and we now get to spend our Friday, July 5th waiting on them in the convenient 8am to 5pm window. Products are going to have issues and how that is addressed should tell you a lot about the company. You'd assume after ruining 2 full fridge loads of food, the next step would be replacement swap, but maybe 3 will be the magic number.

Great all around fridge. It's on the smaller side of interior space, however the layout is great and fits everything easily.

Gerat salespeople and very knowledgeable. The installers were on time and used great care when installing the refrigerator.

Does what it is supposed to all while looking really nice on the outside. I just have to get used to the water filter. It drips one drop once you let go of the button, so just hold the glass for a split second longer.

I think it looks good on the outside but on the insde it is not to great. The fan in the back leaks, the drawer for veggie don't work right. I'm not happy. It took several calls to Kitchen aid just to find out it did not come with an egg holder. Kitchen Aid directions should be re written. No one could tell me why I have one extra piece. I'm so sick of all this.

Fridge is fine, freezer is terrible and way too small. Poor design. Also is missing parts (shelf liners).

Best Buy sent me an open box used fridge when I ordered a new one. The process of starting a return went smoothly however, scheduling the return replacement, hookup and removal of the used fridge they sent has been less than desirable. I was informed it would be no issue to have the hookup of the new one as I was conned out of $150 to hook up the used one they sent because somehow even though I added hook up to my order, it got removed during check out. The delivery guys said this was happening to almost all their Best Buy deliveries lately - I bet they were happy about it, because it seems like a good scam to me. Sure deliver me a fridge then just leave it uninstalled ..... OK!?!?! Like you want me to pay for your error once and then again you want me to pay for your error after sending a used fridge. I do not think so!!!!

The French Door refrigerater has both doors able to hold 2 gallon jugs each. If you need a smaller refrigerater because of space check this model out!

We love the look of the kitchenAid appliances. The frig works great; however, the ice maker seems a bit slow.

Exactly as advertised, shipping was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. The fridge is great and was easy to assemble the inner drawers and shelves

I have only had this a short time. I will add more information. But seems like a very nice refrigerator
