The refrigerator works well. I am just disappointed with the size of the freezer. Very small

Looks great. Works well. Could use a little more space in the freezer area.

I have had items on the top shelf towards the back freeze even after turning the temperature up to 41 degrees (recommended is 38). I have called for repair so hopefully that will be taken care of but it means another day's interruption waiting for service. I like the counter depth for my small kitchen, although it takes getting use to after having much more refrigerator space for 40 years! Overall the quality doesn't seem as good as past refrigerators I have had, but I had to substitute quality to have a unit that fits my smaller kitchen. This was a floor model and I have to prove date of purchase to have it covered under warranty! Although I purchased it at the end of 2019, it didn't have it delivered right away! So I have only had it a few weeks.

Same quality as our old fridge but fits space better.

This fridge is the perfect fit for my small kitchen. It’s counter-depth, so it doesn’t stick out and overwhelm the kitchen. It’s built with beauty and functionality. I love it!

Drawers are a little hard to open and shut. Would be better if they were on wheels.

Easy to install and use. Although concerned about water in the fridge, family loves it and prefers to outside the fridge. Well organized and good use of space.

Good basic refrigerator with French doors that we love. Also after fighting with in door ice makers this model has ice maker in freezer where it belongs.

Beautiful fridge, works well so far. I chose this fridge mainly for the its shallow depth.

I read the reviews before purchasing this fridge, I bought it because it’s counter depth, and because the way it looks. I’m happy with my purchase. Now the not so positive side: the water drips, and I have to keep a paper towel where it falls; the door won’t close easily, you’ll have to push it. That would be the only bad things. Other than that, I love this fridge, clean looking in white, and worth the price.

I love the design and the look of the fridge. I like the interior filtered water. I don't have to buy drinking water anymore since I have the installation guy run the water line.

Was going to purchase an LG but decided on the Kitchen due to design and overall look. I have had an LG before and honestly I like the Kitchen Aid better. Love this fridge

Love my new KitchenAid! Lots of room. The vegetables stay nice, I used to throw out so much food! This is my first fridge with the freezer on the bottom. I am in love with it.

Best buy and KitchenAid both at the fault here. 1. Store and online store both show small shelfs have rubber gripper. Both my fridge which were ordered didn't had them; both fridge??? read below 2.Store as well as online store both show KitchenAid door in alignment; first fridge which was delivered had complete offset of alignment... Delivery guy didn't even bother looking at that... When we looked at it; we call best buy geek squad with total tech protection for both issues shelfs and alignment. 3. Brand new fridge both have annoying stains which don't go out easily I called Total tech for first delivery with all three problem... Best they could is replace it They did replace it but new fridge still has slight alignment problem which we are sucking it up and keeping it as is. Though I called best buy right after the delivery off second fridge for shelfs; guy on call ordered the shelf; which i don't know why first total tech person didn't do.. I did not except this from best buy; even after getting total tech service....

Great looking, sleek design and well thought out features. Has separate humidity control for vegetables and fruit.

Overall happy with the performance and simple design. Liked the water dispenser inside but my kid is complaining that the button is hard - also discovered that you have to use two hands (one to push the button, other to hold your glass) so that is a bit annoying. Icemaker made slightly smaller ice than our previous fridge and made it easy to fit into all our water bottles.

We bought this refrigerator for our first house and loved it so we bought it again for our new house. Our second one is so much lower quality. The doors aren't properly aligned. The drawers never slid in and out easily. I should have complained at the beginning. Less than a year after purchase, something broke on the right drawer slide so the right drawer completely collapsed so that now the drawer is not held by anything and when it fell it cracked the top of the large drawer on the bottom. I in no way overloaded the drawers--I think the plastic is very low quality.
