I have seen mixed reviews about this refrigerator, I am typing this after using it for 3months and it was perfect choice for me as i did not require cold water filter. I would recommend if someone not interested to use water filter.

Brand new refrigerator kept freezing up. Turns out the bottom door wouldn't seal due to a manufacturer defect. Now we are waiting at least 6 weeks for a new bottom door! Ridiculous. Geeksquad won't service this since it's a Kitchenaid appliance (for the 1st year it has to be serviced thru Kitchenaid/Whirlpool), and Kitchenaid/Whirlpool couldn't locate our address so they refused to come out. We had to find our own local appliance repair guy for the repairs.

I needed a counter depth refer to replace a high quality one that stuck out too far. Unfortunately the door hinges on the top made it so we couldn’t slide it back so now needing to cut out the upper cabinets some. Counter depth means lack of space. The sales price was reflective of a couple dents in the stainless steel

We've liked our KitchenAid refrigerator. However we've noticed a cigarette smoke-like smell coming from the top of the fridge. We are not smokers. Can't figure out what the problem is - coils are cleaned, and we rarely use the filtered water - so the filter shouldn't need to be replaced. Will call KitchenAid to find out what the problem is.

Average frig looks nice and matches Kitchen Aid distinctive look however quality inside is very average.

Excellent product from KitchenAid. The shelfs are solid. The light is very bright. And it has easy access to the water filter.

The fridge is good. But very small and I’m not getting use to the water and ice not being in the door. Very clean looking tho.

Nice refrigerator. Friendly and careful installers. Does everything we want. only question is how long will operate without repairs.

I love this fridge! It's actually a bit smaller than my old one but so well organized it seems more spacious. I would give a 5 star but the engine is noisy.

like the black stainless steel look, just wish it were on the sides as well. a bit noisy when the ice maker fills with water and when it dumps ice into the tray. Otherwise a beautiful machine with ample glass shelves.

Fridge looks great aesthetically, but has been falling apart since purchasing. The ice maker broke within a year of purchasing. Also, overtime all the handles have become very loose and the upper doors no longer seal properly. I do not have kids, so the fridge was not roughly used at any point.

The service was outstanding at time of purchase and when it was delivered for install. Both time the service was outstanding!! This refrigerator met our needs. I will definitely be back to purchase items at Beat Buy.

They delivered my refrigerator on June 13th. The freezer door was broken. When you open the freezer door, the track pulled to the left. I called Best Buy and they sent out a technician to look at the frig. They said they could not fix it. They ordered me a replacement. The replacement came and I had the delivery employees check the freezer door before they brought it in. The second refrigerator also had a broken freezer door. The delivery employee called the geek squad and told them what happened. The geek squad talked to me and asked what I wanted to do. I said I want my money back so I could get a different refrigerator. The set it up and gave me a case number. I ordered a Bosch refrigerator, but it won't be delivered until July 27th. So they said I couldn't get a credit for the 2nd bad refrigerator until they deliver the Bosch and pick up the Kitchen Aid. The kitchen aid was $2346 charged to my credit card and now the Bosch is $4300. So I have over $6600 on my credit card and have to pay that bill and wait until they deliver the new refrigerator and then they say I will get the credit for the kitchen aid.

The Kitchen Aid seemed more heavy duty construction than many of its competitors and we have trust in the Kitchenaid brand name. So so far, so good!

Cheap quality. Expect yearly out of pocket repairs. Upon running the ice machine for the first time, an ice cube came out with a screw frozen inside of it. We were able to return the fridge and get another one and the second fridge almost immediately had problems with the water dispenser slowly dripping. We got that repaired under warranty, and it more or less works, but still drips. In the second year of ownership the door gasket tore with what looks like someone sliced it with a knife. KitchenAid suggested this would be covered under the 5 year warranty, but their repair person said this was not the case. He mentioned the right door gasket rubs often on the left door if you are opening the left door too often. The water dispenser is on the left side, so naturally, that door gets used more often. So in two years, two fridges, two service visits, and another $300 in repairs. Unless it's a stand mixer, I'm avoiding anything KitchenAid or Whirlpool.

It is a good product. It fits beautifully into the space we needed due to the size of our kitchen.

This Refrigerator is great , I like it’s sleek looking outside and inside. Minimum space of ice maker simple and clean. I am not an ice lover, so it is great feature to have. The water tastes very clean and freash, and I like it inside to keep outside of refrigerator nice and simple and easy to maintain. Great product.

I love this refrigerator! The interior is well laid out and makes things easy to find. The roll out freezer door works great and also allows you to find things easily. The unit is very attractive.

Excellent refrigerator. We love the water spout inside! Much less spilling. And the water tastes great. It keeps the food cold and the freezer has good storage. Truly an exceptional buy!
