Seems to cool quickly in both compartments. I would have preferred to have water & ice in the door but wasn't available in this size.

Fridge is pretty good - although we had an issue with the freezer sealing correctly which resulted in frost build up within the freezer. Thankfully Best Buy agreed to exchange it for another fridge.

This is a great refridgerator. It had an easy setup and works like a charm.

Purchased a 24 cu fridge come to find out it was too big to fit through the kitchen door. Had to go with this 20 cu. Very happy with it.

I love this fridge!!!!! It’s very flexible for storage . I really like the door alarm for when the door is left open too long.

Good refrigerator but in the freezer area food slips out through the freezer shelf’s wire mesh containers

I'm not one to complain and understand the challenges companies have supporting products, but do not buy KitchenAid. Unfortunately the Samsung Bespoke isn't made in a zero clearance fridge that works based on the kitchen layout and had to buy KitchenAid. The quality itself is a downgrade from Samsung, but much worse, the fridge started failing 8 months after purchase. Because it's still inside the manufacturer warranty, Best Buy is not able to service the item (I am a Total Rewards Member as well, providing full coverage) and you have to deal with KitchenAid/Whirlpool. They have sent out 3 technicians already and we now get to spend our Friday, July 5th waiting on them in the convenient 8am to 5pm window. Products are going to have issues and how that is addressed should tell you a lot about the company. You'd assume after ruining 2 full fridge loads of food, the next step would be replacement swap, but maybe 3 will be the magic number.

You must close left door then right door in that order ,If not close properly, condensation builds and water drips onto the floor.

So far, so good. Bought another brand first and barely lasted 15 months. So I hope this one last for a lot longer. Good luck.

Best Buy sent me an open box used fridge when I ordered a new one. The process of starting a return went smoothly however, scheduling the return replacement, hookup and removal of the used fridge they sent has been less than desirable. I was informed it would be no issue to have the hookup of the new one as I was conned out of $150 to hook up the used one they sent because somehow even though I added hook up to my order, it got removed during check out. The delivery guys said this was happening to almost all their Best Buy deliveries lately - I bet they were happy about it, because it seems like a good scam to me. Sure deliver me a fridge then just leave it uninstalled ..... OK!?!?! Like you want me to pay for your error once and then again you want me to pay for your error after sending a used fridge. I do not think so!!!!

Thought I would not like a counter depth refrigerator but it's so much better. Very well designed too. Like the size of the compartments.

Looks nice but space is limited in both freezer and refrigerator areas. You need to put the shelves in on your own and still trying to figure out how to allow tall items; same with the door shelves. Water dispenser inside the unit vs outside. Not as much freezer space. Ice maker has two levels on speed.

Good Refrigerator for smaller house. Depth is on the small side.

Great Fridge. Need product cleaner to prevent stains and rust.

It is taking some getting used to. Not sure that I like the counter depth size. My fault for buying the wrong one!

Had to replace a KitchenAid floor model that worked perfectly but had a non-working ice dispenser. Replaced with KitchenAid French Door style. Working perfectly so far.

The look is that of a commercial or very expensive refrigerator. In purchasing & improving & reselling properties it is important to add value and give your customer a great looking product.
