KitchenAid cabinet depth

The fan in the back leaks, the drawer for veggie don't work right. I'm not happy. It took several calls to Kitchen aid just to find out it did not come with an egg holder. Kitchen Aid directions should be re written. No one could tell me why I have one extra piece. I'm so sick of all this.

I just have to get used to the water filter. It drips one drop once you let go of the button, so just hold the glass for a split second longer.
