The process of starting a return went smoothly however, scheduling the return replacement, hookup and removal of the used fridge they sent has been less than desirable. I was informed it would be no issue to have the hookup of the new one as I was conned out of $150 to hook up the used one they sent because somehow even though I added hook up to my order, it got removed during check out. The delivery guys said this was happening to almost all their Best Buy deliveries lately - I bet they were happy about it, because it seems like a good scam to me. Sure deliver me a fridge then just leave it uninstalled ..... OK!?!?! Like you want me to pay for your error once and then again you want me to pay for your error after sending a used fridge. I do not think so!!!!
