My previous one was nice. This one is awful. The freezer compartment vibrates loudly. Sometimes it sounds like a lawnmower rather than a fridge. It’s only a few months old but the repairman who’s come twice can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong with it. Since the loud vibrations are intermittent, the repairman is now denying that there’s anything wrong with it even though I’ve provided multiple videos of the noise. I’m so tired of the noise and ineffectual repairs that I’d like to take a sledge hammer to it. (I’d attach a video but can’t.)

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did an extensive research before buying a new Refrigerator. i still remember one blogger saying that he does not recommend any refrigerator now, If you have a older simple Refrigerator but do not like the color, my recommendation is keep it, see if you can painted. I bought this refrigerator in June, 2018 and everything inside the refrigerator is getting frozen. I starting touching the gasket around it and is wet, peeling and humid. I do not usually buy extended warranty but for heavy equipment I usually do. Best buy, let you know when they will come, we are going thru hard times with the Covid 19.

After only a little over 2 months the Compressor went out. Best Buy told me that they would not help me get a replacement. They only cover replacements for 30 days. I don't want to repair the refrigerator since it would be like replacing the engine in a car after only two month. It will be just one problem after another. I'm now dealing with Kitchen Aid. No longer buying at Best Buy
