The temple control in the fridge is uneven and freezes things stored towards the back. Very loud sounds when dispensing water. Zero support from Kitchenaid despite it being mere few weeks old pirchase. Wish we could return this.

Plugged it in after installation and the thermostat for the refrigerator didn't work. Froze the refrigerator compartment including the water system on the refrigerator.

They have been out 4 times in a little over a month. Still not fixed. They are going to come out again to try . As of right now I would not buy. The refrigerator is a little over a month old

It has a damaged water line and it appears someone tried to fix it with hot glue or something. I understand things happen but when I call best by the scheduled for a new one to be sent out and this one picked up. Except that they state it will be May 5th, 5 MONTHS from now! Totally unacceptable!!!

Smudges and marks that would not come off of the front. Nobody ever called us back to see when we wanted another one to be delivered. We bought the same one no problem from Lowe’s. Next day delivery unit was perfect.
