Delivery was horrible. Nothing installed. The men said that was all they were paid deliver. The racks do not fit properly and other doors pop off. Worst purchase ever

Well we ordered this item, just to be informed 2 weeks later that the item was no longer available! Don't understand how they don't know ahead of time if something is available or not.

As stated, the quality is really low as compared to the price tag. And the service window is too big. I am now trying really hard to return or exchange this junk.

I don’t have it yet. Bought it a month ago. Don’t know why you are sending me a review request when I don’t even have the product.

I had to defrost it twice in the first week. Good for Best Buy for standing by it and offering a replacement.

We were under the UNDERSTANDING that this refrigerator would fit in our house. Upon delivery the delivery man came in and measured and said that it would not fit, so we canceled the order.

Terrible. Less than 2 months in & already needing service.

All of my appliances were already removed from my condo by my contractor. No installations were done on any of my new appliances.

I exchanged a larger french-door Samsung for this refrigerator instead, and I am very happy so far. It is elegantly designed, has a true shiny stainless finish, and I LOVE that the lighter-weight doors are easy to shut when I'm in a hurry (unlike some other french-door brands/models.) Overall, this fits our smaller kitchen very well. I have noticed some condensation on the inside door rim, but the instructions say to hit the humidity control button if this happens. Also, I read some reviews on another website about fingerprints being hard to clean off, but I have not personally encountered this. I have had no problem wiping off my three young children's fingerprints with stainless steel cleaner and a plush microfiber cloth. Finally, although I tend to prefer imports in some categories of consumer goods, I was pleased to know that this is made in the USA.

We purchase all new Kitchenaid appliances for our kitchen. While I love the design of the refrigerator and how easy it is to see the food, I'm very disappointed in the quality. I don't think it's just Kitchenaid, but I expected more. My 20 year old Kenmore refrigerator was still fine and much better made - still working in my office. However, we put in 3-4 service calls for the freezer. We couldn't open the freezer all the way, it was freezing over and frozen shut. The repair guy dented it trying to break up the ice. Turned out the rails were bent. Also, the installer didn't connect the water dispenser properly so we had to have them fix that too. Then the plastic shelf in the door broke. Since it's out of its first year warranty, we went through Amex to replace. We got the new one in, but it doesn't fit right - the whole shelf fell off twice breaking all the glass condiment jars all over the kitchen floor. I also notice, my husband has duct taped the rubber gasket to keep in in place. We also have issues with family members not shutting the door all the way. It beeps, but if there not in the room anymore they don't hear it - then the food in the back of the frig freezes. Overall, we're pretty disappointed. We expected a higher quality product from Kitchenaid. Best Buy/Pacific Home was tremendous in the whole process. We had issues with the installation company not measuring properly and they really stepped up to make sure everything was fixed.

The footprint this unit takes up is small but it's designed well and can fit a lot! The freezer drawers could function better, it's a bit clunky when opening due to the racks. It's quiet enough, the loudest part is the ice maker. It looks great and is sleek but subtle. My unit came with a scratch and dent but Best Buy was quick to help resolve. No complaints here.

Moving into my new house I purchased several appliances. Of these I purchased this Refrigerator/Freezer. I’ve had it about two years now and have been surprised how well it’s held up. I’ve had zero issues with it. It is really easy the quickly change shelves around to maximize functionality and the filters last their advertised life span. The freezer space is a bit tight sometimes but we make it work. This could easily support a family of 3-5. Any size larger in the household you might want more space for the freezer. I would by this again if I needed one.

I like everything about this fridge, including the fact that it is almost exactly like the ten year old one that I left behind in my former home, and which worked (and continues to work) perfectly!

The refrigerator is everything we were expecting. We like how it looks and how everything inside can be organized so well. The temperature control for both the refrigerator and the freezer drawer is excellent!

Circuit boards went at 6 months. Ruined everything in the freezer. It’s noisy. It feels cheap doors trays all feel cheap. Freezer is small and awkward storage. Water dispenser inside is great that you don’t see it but hard to get to. I wanted a frig with the same handles to match my other kitchen aid appliances. The stove, dishwasher, convection microwave are all excellent and would recommend. I just feel the refrigerator is junk.

PERFECT! It was hard to find a counter depth refrigerator that I liked and this one was just what I needed.

Owned fridge for over three years, worst one we've had. Looks, space and depth are nicel having three kids. However, have numerous ongoing issues with fridge including hinges to doors that routinely get stuck causing doors not to close all the way. Water line to ice tray and lights needing constant replacement. Have had multiple repair people out to fix hinge issue every six months. Would not purchase again.

This new refrigerator I bought is easy on the eyes. The water and ice dispenser are inside and that makes the appearance of this appliance pleasant to look at Aside from the outside, it’s has plenty of room inside, the freezer compartment hold quite a it of storage. I am pleased with the look and the functionality of this refrigerator.

While aesthetically attractive, multiple performance issues. After only a few months, a major component went out. While covered by the manufacturer warranty, the repair service Kitchenaid made me use seemed in no hurry to do the repair work, leaving me with no working refrigerator or freezer for about a week. For its convenience, the repair service also tried to cancel an appointment it finally had scheduled to replace the part. I had to advocate strongly for my original appointment date and time. The Best Buy installer recommended setting the refrigerator to 38 degrees, and that seems to be a general food safety recommendation. At that temperature, produce on any glass shelf freezes. The toggles that adjust the bin settings from fruit to vegetables are flimsy and one has half-way broken off. The gasket seal also is flimsy, and recently has torn at the top. It will cost me more than $350 to replace it. Functionally, and this may be personal performance, I wish the freezer had more storage space, even if the tradeoff were less refrigerator space.
