Unit looks are excellent, easy to Install - works great and has plenty of storage space

So far I am loving the new fridge especially having the water dispenser inside.

If you have the misfortune of getting a lemon like me and quite a few other people on the internet you will not get the level of service that you would expect for the price point of Kitchenaid appliances. We bought 3 KA appliances and all 3 have needed repairs. My fridge (this model) stopped working last night. I was told by customer service to get a cooler because the next available appointment for diagnosis isn't for 4 days then we wait for parts and another appointment. This will be the 4th time it's been repaired. I have 2 kids including a one month old. That didn't seem to sway them when telling me they couldn't do anything. I knew something was wrong and called someone out two times before because it was buzzing like crazy. The tech was here last week to take a look at it and last night it broke. The customer service for this company is HORRENDOUS. You have options, don't spend your money on this company. Don't do it!

Needed a smaller refrig to fit into a tight space and this is a great fit! Sleek profile and design, interior is spacious with good storage capacity for a smaller refrig, so far so good!

Expected better quality interior. Produce, meat drawers are just plastic on plastic glides, does not open and close with ease. Also the plastics around for the water dispenser does not fit securely. The exterior is as expected and excellent quality.

Best choice for my family. Sufficient storage space in both cooling and freezing.

We bought this to replace the identical model that was JeanAir. It was built in and we had no choice but to replace it with the same dimensions model.

We went on vacation for 1 week and returned horrified to find that in our rush to leave we left both refrigerator doors wide open the whole time. We had to throw everything in the refigerator out but not the freezer which was unaffected. To our great surprise once we closed the doors and restocked the refrigrator it worked perfectly. Nothing was damaged. It's been 2 months since we are back and it is as if nothing at all happened. Suffice to say we are extremely impressed with the KitchenAid brand.

I am very pleased with my new refrigerator. Working and looking great. The guys at the store were awesome as well.

We are a family of two and there is absolutely not enough room in this fridge to meet our needs. Forget going to Costco, you won't be able to store much in the freezer. I find it interesting that in the photos they don't even show you the freezer compartment. THERE IS A REASON! Also, if you are not cautious when closing the doors, you can accidentally leave them open. You must close the right before the left. Forget it if you have kids. You'll drive yourself crazy following them up to make sure they closed it properly. Once the freezer is full if there is the slightest item out of place it too will deceive you leading you to believe it is closed and then when you open it everything will be filled with frost. After owning it for 2 years the ice maker is broken. It won't stop making ice! DON'T BUY THIS!

I have no idea if my recently purchased KitchenAid refrigerator works since the Best Buy delivery crew (of two men) said they did not have a necessary part to hook up the appliance to the water flow for the ice cubes and that I needed to contact a plumber. At this point the new refrigerator is sitting in my garage and the old (not working one) is a dead weight in my kitchen. Best Buy you dropped the ball.

Best Buy is literally “the best”! Bought on line…easy purchase, delivered and set up on time and at the best price. Working perfectly and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks Best Buy!

This fridge has a huge list of issues. This water dispenser is on the inside and doesn't dispense ice. The ice scoop is for left-handed people. The cooling is uneven and things on top in the back will freeze, even when I set it to 40. I had to have the vent flap replaced because it was stuck open and freezing everything, but even after they replaced it it still is uneven. The handle on my freezer is loose and wobbly. This looks big but the freezer is very small. My advice is to spend less money and get yourself a better fridge than this overpriced failure.

Ugh. This thing is LOUD. Had I known I probably would’ve kept looking. We moved our old GE Profile to the garage, so now we have a quiet garage and a loud kitchen! The inside seams cheap but hoping it holds up. Ending on a positive note- I do love the handles, it’s pretty much the reason I bought it, and like the matte white finish- it’s a great and very modern look.

This was delivered 9/12/20 and the item was broken. Everything inside was broken glass. I paid extra for them to move it to garage. I had to wait on call to reschedule and the next schedule date is 11/23/20 which is not even guaranteed yet. So I had to schedule to move my old fridge back to kitchen. It suppose to happen today. The Bestbuy movers arrive 8:17AM without calling. So we had to hustle and remove everything out of the fridge. They said they're coming back. 12 noon came and they're not back yet. I called bestbuy to check when they are coming back. Apparently, the movers left a note to the order that they went back and garage door closed and no one at home. My ring doorbell didn't detect and activity between 8:20 and 12noon. They only drove by and left. Call center said I have to call again after 24 hours to reschedule as she has no way of contacting their people! Really?!? BESTBUY worst service!

I cannot believe this is happening to me once again! I woke up this morning and everything in my freezer has thawed. We first purchased this refrigerator in March of '22 and it stopped working and we got it replaced by BB. We have had this fridge for one month (1) and our food is ruined AGAIN. Now when this is taken care of, I will be on my third fridge in just over a year! Buy it at your own risk.

We've had our fridge for over one year now. The first thing I didn't like was that the shelves don't go all the way to the back of the fridge - there's a gap that's big enough for bottles and other things to slip through. So annoying. Also, the baskets don't glide smoothly. The water filter got VERY slow just after a month. After about six months, the handles started to get wobbly. We just need to tighten the screws periodically. Lastly, and the worst thing about this fridge, is that it makes a constant rattling noise from the bottom and from inside. It drives us insane. We can't figure out how to fix it. For such an expensive fridge, I expected it to be amazing. But, we are more unhappy with it than we were our old Maytag. I miss that fridge!

We’ve bought this refrigerator for multiple houses. Works great and looks great.
