Workmanship not as expected. The water/ice front panel is not flushed in evenly, it’s sticking out from the bottom left corner. The top right corner of the fridge door was not cut evenly so they filled it with putty. I’m disappointed because this fridge was not cheap and I expected better. The inside is pretty small too. It’s going back. I’m exchanging it for an LG that is a bit larger and it’s $1000 cheaper! After 10 years of having a large Samsung with a bottom freezer I’m going back to side by side, only because I can organize the freezer better.

Love, love, love my brand new Kitchen Aid! It’s superb in every way! It’s quiet provides ample ice and water at my fingertips.

I’m very disappointed in this Kitchen Aid fridge as I had higher expectations from this brand. This fridge has been replaced three times as with every install there weee issues. The first fridge came with scratches, overblown installation in the inside. The second fridge came with a the water dispenser broken. The third fridge can with a shelf that didn’t line up with the grove so falls out when you pull out the crisper drawer. I’m awaiting a fourth and hoping no issues with it. I’d switch brands but this is the only available size to fit my space. I would not recommend. Every fridge so far came with issues.

This fridge has been perfect for our new kitchen. Fits great in the spot provided by our builder and matched the rest of our KitchenAid appliances. Delivery was fast and the installation provided was great. Another smooth purchase from Best Buy. And since them it has performed flawlessly. Great cubed ice and clean water.

I got this fridge on March and had it installed May 31, when I went to inspect the fridge it was coming apart by the ice maker, and had glue all through out the inside, was scratched and looks like it was scraped in dirt! I have called Best Buy so many times trying to get this fixed and I keep getting the run around from them and Kitchenaid! Never buying another appliance here again!

I haven’t had this fridge long but so far it’s working great and really beautiful! I had such a hard time finding appliances in stock was exited to get this quickly and love that it matches my new dishwasher and range also.

We bought all Kitchenaide appliances when we redid our kitchen last year. Funny thing is 2 were display items and they work great. This was brand new and its the worst refrigerator i have ever owned! Size and way it is designed inside does not fit food well. Glue and plastic showing everywhere making it look cheaply made and honestly refurbished? We are having same problems as other owners with iced up crisper drawers, freezing all our salads, fruits and produce! And our Milk etc on top shelf is warm. We called a month ago and Gerk squad sent a third party repair company. Nice man, worked a few hours and said it was just dirty in drain? I also paid extra to him to vacuum underneath. Worked okay, but now month later something and the noise from it is so loud, like a motor grinding??? Sitting here waiting for repair man? Wonder what he is going to say this time! After loss and inconvenience of spoiled food 2xs and having to fill out this form to try and get reimbursed for somethings. I will never purchase Kitchaid refrigerator again!

I love this fridge!!! Works so well. If I could complain about one thing, it’s loud when the waterline fills up.

You will love this if your not looking for a huge refrigerator. This is perfect size.. counter depth and neatly tucked away

So far, so good. Everything has been as good as expected, working well, installed perfectly and looking great.

Everything was as expected and the delivery crew did a great job of communicating install and delivery times.

Beautiful look fridge. First 3 days it seem to work fine. 4th day was when everything in the fridge side was frozen. All my food and drinks are ruined. I saw all the bad reviews and thought I would get lucky to get a perfect functioning refrigerator. Also the water no longer dispense water. Ice maker stop working. Good thing this happened early on. I still have the option to get a refund or exchange.

What a great buy! Thank you Best Buy. I love the look of Kitchen Aid and so far so good on performance. Fits perfectly in my 72” x 36” space.

Our second, and the quality seems good so far. The butter tray seems cheap but otherwise solidly built. Roomy, no frozen spots in the drawers.

Loud and poorly build - lousy quality control. Foam from doors coming out, can't properly level the doors, cheap drawers, light switches were not properly set and will not set in place.

Horrible!!! We bought this refrigerator 2 years ago after our LG refrigerator went out. We went with Kitchenaid because we wanted a top of the line refrigerator that would last! To our disappoint, this has been our worst appliance purchase yet. I wish companies still took pride in their brand and built things to last. We just threw away hundreds of dollars worth of food because the backside of the refrigerator is frozen up behind the drawers where the fan and air can’t circulate to keep the food cold. I came on here to see if anyone else has had this problem and after reading the reviews, it seems that this is a very common design flaw that KitchenAid is well aware of with no fix. The pictures I included are after I used a knife to break away the huge blocks of ice.

Love the ice and water dispenser in the freezer door, this is a great design! The control panal is very easy to understan and use. Like the ease of replacement of the water filter.

Purchased this kitchenaid refrigerator and couldn’t be more happier. Performs awesome and looks great would recommend
