This is my 2nd (KItchenAid) Counter Depth refrigerator. The drawers and in-door drawer/shelves are smaller/shorter than in my previous frig.

I purchased this fridge for my new home because my last fridge was a KitchenAid and I had it for almost 20 years and no issues. This fridge is a counter depth so it is a little smaller feeling than my last one. It is so bright inside and I love the new door shelf design, I just wish there was one more in the fridge.

Like the look and the handles. Good storage bins in both sides.

I like side-by-side fridges, the freezer part is very handy that way. It's much easier to get to your frozen stuff than digging in a pull-out drawer. This side-by-side is better than most because it has a little more room in the freezer than the alternatives. And I love that the doors are actual steel and magnetic!

Aside from a 3-day delay in installation due to the wrong installation team sent twice (mine is a counter flush, they call a built-in.) A beautiful refrigerator that works perfectly! Once install team straightened out !00% satisfied with product and installation. Great price & excellent service. I'd happily buy again from Best Buy.

Great look, ooerates fine, when you open the doors lights can be seen from space its si bright The condenser in the freezer does make some noise.

Nice look to the fridge since it matches the other appliances. Very spacious on inside. Very disappointed fridge stopped cooling after 10 months of light use. Calling service support now. Will follow up with review to assess promptness of response and resolution. Have to call Kitchen Aid directly since installed less than year.

Great Quality and Surprisingly roomy inside, with great LED lighting.

Beautiful looking fridge. Doors don’t align well and the stainless shows smudges, difficult to clean.

We have had the product for about 3 weeks now, and so far everything seems to be working just fine. It fit the standard opening in our cabinet space. The LED multiple interior lights in the refrigerator and freezer sections are a nice added touch and increase the interior visibility, while not adding a lot of heat.

This has been the best fridge I have ever owned hands down. What sold me was that it’s American made. Parts are American and more available if there was ever an issue. My only complain is that sometimes the lights flicker like a strobe when the door is opened. No idea what causes that. But goes away for a month or so.

Looks nice but doesn’t have much room. I bought it because of the handles that are different. Kind of expensive for the handles

Had to send back and get a replacement. The gasket on freezer door was installed backwards.

This was an instore purchase, excellent value, delivered & installed with no issues.

Purchased this refrigerator about 8 months ago and have already had several problems with the ice maker making ice. It often gets stuck and the ice gets clogged have to constantly clean out the ice try. We are a family of 6 and are constantly running out of ice. Expensive fridge to already be having problems with the ice maker.
