I am very happy with my new refrigerator. The design allows for good capacity and easy access to items in both the freezer and the refrigerator. I am glad I chose this model.

My 18 mo old KitchenAid refrig. just went brain dead. After waiting 5 days for a service call, the tech tells me 3-5 more days for Best-buy to approve a new circuit board, then the time it takes to order it from KitchenAid! Very disappointing! I expected better from KitchenAid quality and a better & prompt service from Best-buy. The process can take over two weeks and the Service Desk says that the best they can do. Guess I should buy appliances from an appliance store who can fix things faster and no red tape.

Got it on sale during President’s Day. Good functional unit.

I bought this off the showroom floor so I am bit worried about future performance. I bought the extended warranty, just in case. Couldn't pass up the crazy deal off the with no blemishes.

I loved the way the refrigerator looked and worked. The issue we had was with the stainless steel finish. It appeared to have a haze that could not be removed. Geek Squad tried. We returned it for a second one and had the same issue so we switched models.

Really liked the looks of this refrigerator and all of the features, but unfortunately it did not fit in the space available, so had to return it. Best Buy was very accommodating with the exchange.

Nice side by side refrigerator, with a freezer compartment that is bigger than it appears. And I like the convenient location of the ice and water filter.

So far, best refrigerator I've ever purchased. It's top of the line. I did add a shelf on the door but that was gilding the lily. Jerry Kreeger

Had 2 double door refrig with freezer on the bottom the first lasted a year, the gasket between the doors constantly need to be cleaned and then they crack and seals would leak, and just looked like crap

The space is great for a counter depth refrigerator.

I've lived in many different places being in the bay area and this is by far has the best and superior layout for a fridge

I love this refrigerator. The only negative is that it is rather loud (the ice maker) and if it is close to your bedroom you may not like that. I like the wine rack and the compact size.

I just love this kitchen aid fridge! Having side by side doors makes it so easy to see what you need for shopping with just a quick glance!!

Only had this for about three weeks. Bought to replace a French Door for our kitchen. Wife hated the French Door model, the freezer was extremely small. This unit is perfect.

I'm disappointed that the fridge side too small. The shelf space will not accommodate large cooking dishes. I am wondering what will I do with holiday leftovers. I regret I chose this style. Otherwise I am enjoying the ice and water dispenser & freezer.

Had to get this fridge very quick. I ordered it on Thursday and it was delivered and installed on Saturday. The fridge is exactly what we needed.
