This refrigerator looks great and is sturdy, the space is adequate for my needs. The ice maker is a bit slow. The unit is very quiet. I have always had positive results with K.A. products.

Just after paying the refrigerator off computer or something went refrigerated side freezes up and gets to around 60 degrees. Kitchen aide denies service even though warranty’s say covered parts. Service man has been here twice. Still not fixed now they denied service. One of the service men said it has a recall for the board. But good luck trying to get that. I want to buy American. But…..

Nice features, quiet running, good lighting, large freezer. But it does make some strange noises after closing the freezer door which is an annoying issue that KitchenAid engineers should have resolved before releasing this model..

Perfect for our new home. Love the ice maker in the door...no more heavy ice trays to pull out. Lots of space.

Really liked the look of this fridge but was hesitant to shell out $2500 for a side by side fridge. I do not regret it at all. Way more room than my previous fridge with the same footprint. Freezer feels huge. Had a funny smell to start but cleaned it out and put the filters in and all is lovely now. Highly recommend.

I exchanged a Samsung for this Kitchen-Aid and I love it! Side-by-side is so much better than French Door, so much more room! This fridge feels so well-made. The ice maker is not performing as I had hoped, though.

I'm so pleased! I needed a counter depth fridge that was 35.5" wide or smaller, but still have enough interior space to be relevant. There weren't many options available and most were pretty pitiful. However, I feel like I hit a homerun with this one! The design of this fridge offers a ton of capacity for a smaller unit. I highly recommend it and I couldn't be happier!

Replaced a 17 year old kitchenaid refrigerator with a new model. I only wanted a kitchenaid because of the fabulous performance of the old one. This new one has a sleeker design and all LED lightning. It has more freezer space since the ice maker is in the door. I didnt know what I was missing until I purchased the new one. Love it and would highly recommend it.

In addition to being an elegant addition to our newly renovated kitchen..With the help of our cabinet maker and your sleek lines and counter depth a creation of built in symmetry was created..adding to this KitchenAid fixture is a new matching dishwasher and built in microwave making us the proud and satisfied owners of a tru KitchenAid kitchen eating and living space..thank you for products that do well as advertised. This fridge is great. Lots of room. Well designed. I would have given it 5 stars, but the first refrigerator that Best Buy installed broke after 3 days. The ice maker stopped working. They left the shipping footings on the fridge because they said that they didn't have the piece for the tool to remove them. I had to call the store 7 times before they sent someone out to fix the fridge and remove the footings. The guy they sent couldn't remove the footings because he was on his own. They ended up sending me a new fridge, which works great. Bad customer service, but good product.

Freezer space is quite large. I especially like bottle racks in refrigerator and that the water dispenser displays # of ounces.

Delivery people were great. They really were. This unit is a LOT smaller than my old one, and everything was made lighter, but they got it in place without hurting anything, it was only after letting it run for 24 hours, while removing all the packing tape, that I found out the crisper bin was broken and missing parts. Frigidaire, who makes KitchenAid, replaced it .... Best Buy, only referred me to them ... and along the way, I discovered that they started 40% off sale, the day after I bought this, but, no price adjustment, because, their "sale" price, $2200, was exactly what I paid, and ... the same as everyone else's "full" price, so - no help there either. Still, having said that. The icemaker is a bit odd, and I had to buy an additional shelf for the freezer side, for $75. but, the unit works well, even if everything is a bit lightly built.

This is our second Kitchenaid Refrigerator and this one is our favorite. The water and Ice in the door is a huge helper. We have downsized after the kids have good to school and this one is perfect for us in size and space. Love the counter depth use and the ability to customize the inside trays.

We loved the ice maker in the freezer as the previous Samsung continually malfunctioned. After getting reimbursed from Samsung , we decided to go back to a side by side. Unfortunately, the refrigerator isn’t keeping cool enough after only 2 months.Does anyone make a quality refrigerator anymore?? Repair scheduled next week. Fingers crossed

I've only had this fridge for about a month and so far it's been great...it's quiet (except when dropping ice) ..cools and freezes great...makes ice fast..ice bin is easy to remove ...very satisfied with it

I've been waiting to get this for a long time. First started ordering new appliances 10/9/18 - shouldn't take 5 months. But it's finally here and looks great. This fridge would have a couple more jar containers and maybe another shelf, but I may look to see if I can order separately. And water tray on outside of door if pretty chincy and looks like it'll be hard to get water stains out of? But not a lot of selection in the only size that would fit in my kitchen.I think they need more women on the KitchenAide design team!

Like the LED bulbs inside; like the features on the freezer door dispenser. fits perfectly in our space
