I've sacrificed a couple of cubic feet of space with the countertop depth refrigerator but am adjusting to the new configuration of the interior. It looks so much neater. The unit is quiet and the ice maker is much quieter.

Had to replace my refrigerator that I had recently purchased and decided on this one. It looks really nice but I have had to ask the Geek Squad to come and check out why the icemaker is making so much noise. Hopefully they will be able to fix it. This company is very accommodating so if something is wrong with it they will replace or fix it. I would recommend the company I bought it from don't know if I would recommend the refrigerator.

It fits perfectly in our home. We needed to replace the old one so we shop around and bought this model. Easy set up and fairly user friendly. There is a water filter, two keep-fresh odor eliminator pouches. Only issue I have is it does. It seem to have enough side baskets and one too many shelf right below the wine rack. It has some dead spaces.

Slick design, matching my other appliances. However, a little noisy when making ice.

Full-featured, side-by-side refrigerator in stainless steel. Particularly like its counter-depth for our kitchen as well as the features we wanted for a great price. You can't beat Kitchen-aid for quality.

We are happy to have a operating unit! Our previous was not running correctly and we tried to repair with unsuccessful results. So we purchased the new side by side. There are unfortunately some manufacturing defects, such as a uneven doors, not level but alignment, one sticks out further than the other. The ice maker plastic is not flush and sticks out...and another knob is tweaked... we do not have the time or inclination to have another delivered. Why cant they be made correctly and have quality control checks prior to being shipped????

The produce drawers are deeper and fit a whole head of lettuce or plastic container of pre-washed salad mixes. Most fridges have very shallow drawers. Large trays or casserole dishes still fit because the interior door bins are adjustable, allowing the dish to stick out a little and the fridge doors still close. The ice maker is on the interior freezer door so it does not take up freezer shelf space. Easy to clean due to removable interior shelves/drawers/bins.

Let me first say this is a beautiful refridgerator. Unfortunately once a year was up and the warranty expired the problems began. Water slowly drips out of water dispenser 24/7 and runs down front of freezer door leaving stains on door and puddles on the floor. Apparently this is a common problem and you have to buy a special kit to even attempt a fix :(. Secondly the ice maker stopped dispensing ice due to a broken agitator at exactly 12 months and 2 weeks from the date I purchased. Thirdly the refrigerator does not cool to the temperature on the digital display. I bought a thermometer so that I could adjust the temperature inside the fridge properly. 37 degrees on display equals 45 degrees inside fridge. My old (12 years) Kenmore that I moved to the garage still works better than this kitchenaid, unfortunately it is not as pretty or it would be changing places.

Actually a second unit. The first one delivered was returned. The lights in the refrigerator compartment did not work. Quality control issue? This one works as expected, but I have it for less than two months so far. No complaints other than none of the drawers glides well, kind of awkward to open and close. Needs better design.

Looks very nice and fits so much better than a big refrigerator. Well worth the time to find the perfect one. Interior is perfect and fits everything that we need

This KitchenAid model fit my space perfectly, and although it is counter depth, it has a spacious interior, including the freezer. Love the interior lighting and multiple drawers. Only negative is the inability to adjust the shelving.

I fell in love with this fridge from first sight. It was very difficult to choose between this and the LG French door model. We ended up choosing this after a week of deliberations. We could not have chosen better. It fits everything we need to [even a large pizza box!] if you are torn between this and a French door model.. don't let the bad rumors of side by side models fool you!

This is a great unit. I would have no problem buying this one again.

Great Fridge in smaller size just to fit my kitchen cabinets perfect

Kitchen Aid is a wonderfully quiet and efficient refrigerator and barely makes any noise at all. The ice machine is far superior to the last one we had. Consistent quality is the result.

My only issue is that the water dispensed from the door is not cold and I can't find any way to adjust this.

I loved the look of this refrigerator!! The design was what I was looking for. So far so good! I had to get a counter space refrigerator, this one was by far the best one!!

Spacious and with great metal finish. Great choice if you are looking for something very simple but effective.

I am really glad to order this fridge as it looks really good and matches all my other kitchen aid appliances. It has only been installed for a day so I am still waiting to see if it will work well. The ice maker makes quite loud noise. Hopefully once there is a full bucket of ice. It won’t be making so much noise.
