This Kitchen Aid refrigerator is a great product and offers a lot of storage for the price.

Love the lighting, Freezer is very cold, Slightly smaller storage than our older model, Has too many filters to change and the ice maker is just too small for a family of four. Would prefer the Stainless steel to be smugeproof.

My wife and I did not really like the double door refrigerators in the past. However, this one seemed to have quite a bit more space. Our previous refrigerator was a 3 door with bottom freezer. So far, we are very pleased with the performance, and the LED lights in both refrigerator and freezer really let you see everything. The water/ice dispenser also works very well. I rate this very highly!

Product is great. Wrong size ordered the first time, so when they removed the wrong one and delivered the right one the delivery guys scratched my brand new floors. This is a brand new home so where they pulled the fridge out the floors are dented. But again product is great. I ordered alot of other items with Best Buy and delivery and installation was great with those.

This is my first counter depth refrigerator. I knew I was losing some space but the look to my kitchen was worth the loss.

The shelves on the door lift out which is really nice. The water does not taste good eventhough we have a filter. We have to be sure to push the doors closed - maybe it was not installed well by the Geek Squad?

It seems there should be 2 more shelves for the refrigerator door - can they be purchased/ordered? Also, the surface is too easily scratched - I can't imagine what would happen if I put a magnet on the front!!!

The unit we bought works well, but It runs almost constantly and is noisy. Can this be right?

Bought this at the Best buy outlet for $600. Works great and has many features. Couldn't beat that price.

This replaced a KitchenAid French door through geek squad warranty. Love the counter depth and mono finish

Great double door refrigerator with water filter ice maker. Have replaced filter once; super easy to do, no tools required. Plenty of room for a 4 person household on freezer side. Good drawer access for a counter-depth. As with most like this, it is a little difficult to see to the back when fully loaded. Shelf space and in-door storage is great for condiments.

Keeps fruits and vegetables fresh for longer time. Looks great, too.

We did a lot of reading and decided on the Kitchen Aid refrigerator for two reasons. #1 it was one of a very few that did not have complaints about the ice maker, a problem we did not want to deal with. #2, I feel Kitchen Aid has always had a good reputation. Best Buy delivered on time and installed it in minutes. They made sure everything worked properly before they left

When our Kitchen Aid built-in refrigerator broke after years of service, we confronted the harsh reality that a replacement would cost more than 9,000 dollars. As the kids are gone, my wife and I could replace it with this smaller refrigerator but full of technical novelties for a quarter of the money. So far, we are very satisfied with the solution.

This things amazing from how quiet it is to the wine rack in it!

We’ve had multiple issues with this fridge. In only three years, we’ve had To have the entire freezer door replaced Because ice maker went out. (kitchen aid covered the door but labor was $200), the screws holding the cover to the condenser came off and it started leaking water to the bottom of the fridge, a drawer completely broke ($100 to replace that), the water dispenser slowly drips throughout the day and then seeps down the front of the door causing stains we can’t get out, as well as getting between the stainless steel and the inside of the door. We’ve spent upwards of $600 on this fridge in the three years we’ve had it. Complete junk. And kitchen aid does not stand by their products. I will not ever buy any kitchen aid product again. Best Buy would be better off not selling this garbage.
