We got this as an open box item. Got it home and there was no power cord to assess function and was given the runaround by Best Buy for missing components and accessories. Since buying a power cord, we have discovered it makes a weird noise ever so often. Overall the function of it is fine though we have not yet hooked up the waterline.

Now the main body of the refrigerator won’t stay cold enough to preserve food no matter what temperature setting is made. This refrigerator was just under &5k. What a joke

Stop working after a year

We’ve had issues with the icemaker overtime will not produce any ice and now our refrigerator has stopped working. When calling KitchenAid is apparently a known issue and will take a week to send out some one to look at the unit to see what is wrong

Worst refrigerator ever
