Excellent refrigerator - Lots of space for such a shallow depth. Pretty quiet overall, except when it moves fresh ice into the bin. Still going to get an extended warranty from KitchenAid because you just never know if you gonna get a costly repair.

I love my new fridge!! My original Kitchenaid was side by side. We decided to try the french door Kitchenaid and I really like it a lot! Also, look at the online photos! When you open the doors, some of the shelves are wood-its super classy looking!

Beautiful refridg.........Ice maker broke after 2 weeks

This fridge is a top end fridge without being a built-in. We recently updated our kitchen and although this was more than we wanted to spend, it delivered in quality, freezer on bottom and overall beauty to the kitchen. We received many compliments on the wooden self look on the inside. A neighbor recently made the same purchase because they liked ours so much!

Upon purchase of this refrigerator I was hesitant. But after Terry the salesman explained the features we were sold. So far this refrigerator has come through for us on our specific needs. It was a perfect fit and all the options inside are great. Could not have asked for a better refrigerator. Recommend to all who want a great kitchen aide me

I bought this refrigerator after seeing it in the store. It was everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. It's been 11 months and it's already failed and will no longer cool. Now I'm out most of 23.8 cubic feet of food and wondering how a product at this price point can also be of such low quality. Recommend you buy anything else and save yourself both time and money.

My favorite fridge to date. Solid construction and very spacious. Ice maker and water dispenser work so much better than my Samsung. Also, the lighting is very nice and encompassing.

Nice looking inside with the wood trim but not practical for tall items. Shelves don’t adjust enough.

I love this refrigerator but my ice machine broke down within a week

Love this Refrigerator! Needed one badly since ours has been broken for a few months and we pulled the trigger on this one. I gave up showcase doors for the temperature control drawer. I especially love the wood grain inside and the settings on the door panel. The ice maker and water is perfect for us and given that San Francisco has amazing tap water it makes the filtered water taste even better than it already does.

Love the amount of space and the look of the fridge!

The first unit that was delivered had doors that were so uneven the delivery crew couldn't adjust them to look even marginally even. Two weeks later (a Best Buy absolute F-up story of its own!) the second unit was delivered. This second unit had doors that were kinda/sorta even but the handles on the two fridge doors were noticeably uneven! Recall, at the time of my writing this review, this refrigerator costs nearly $4000. This is NOT what one would expect from a 4k unit. By this time, I've been without a proper refrigerator for an entire month. I threw up my hands, thanked the delivery crew and signed off on the BOL. If you're buying one of these units, you REALLY need to do a thorough inspection on delivery. Best Buy looks to be buying the 2nds and factory rejects from KitchenAid. Overall, A comically bad experience with BB. I'll probably be again using Lowes and HD for appliance purchases.
