Excellent fridge for a small family! The gray and wooden interior accents inside look great and we get tons of compliments. The fingerprint resistant coating works really well, we rarely have to wipe it down. The measured fill for the water is super convenient. The freezer doesn't have a whole lot of space, but is perfect for my house.

This is my 2nd kitchenaid refrigerator. Our first lasted over 10 years flawlessly. It was sold with our last home. New home brings this new kitchenaid refrigerator. Very refined and large capacity while being counterdeep. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

2 months after the most painful installation experience in my life (blame that on Best Buy), this refrigerator stopped working. While obviously still under warranty they sent a service company to our house who informed us we needed a new compressor. While no expert, a compressor is something that should not go out until 8, 10 or 12 years after purchase, certainly not 2 months. I am convinced that the product will continue to break down after repair but they will not replace it. So we are living out of a cooler for 5 days and as a result have lost all faith in the Kitchenaid brand.

Looks great! Like the size and shape of ice cubes. Matches our other kitchenaide appliances in our kitchen. Just two of us so don’t need a huge amount of storage. Liked the size and look of the counter depth. We’ve only had it for two days.

Looking around for the right refrigerator. Once we found the model, we shopped everyone and Best Buy had the best price. Their installation team was professional and took the time to talk to us a bit about features on the refrigerator.

absolutely love the refrigerator but the icemaker SUCK only makes enough ice for one person a day….

Looks great BUT the compressor is now making a loud noise. I have the extended warranty. Best Buy requires a service fee and pay for repairs on unity. This is not a warranty, this is a paid service plan. Very disappointed with my Kitchenaid fridge and Best Buy.

Very good refrigerator. It looks as good as advertised. Just wish it had auto fill.

Love the style of this refrigerator. The only draw back is the ice maker is kind of small so you need to empty it and save the ice if you are having a party

We have had this refrigerator for 3 months. It looks really nice and I thought it would be a great refrigerator based on the price. I sure was wrong. The inside isn't practical for larger items. The biggest problem...the ice maker worked for about a month and a half then suddenly stopped making ice. A service technician came out and said the ice maker needed to be replaced. Over a month later, the part arrived and the ice maker was replaced. It is still not working or making ice. Will be calling for a second repair visit.

I LOVE this refrigerator!!! Best purchase I have ever made. The overall quality is above my expectations. The craftsmanship is beautiful inside and out. I’ve never been more excited to open my refrigerator and love the inside so much. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!

It's the largest counter depth 37" refrigerator on the market. The door water ice works freat and even gives an ootion for measuring the water amount dispensed . The lighting inside is great abd everything seens to be thought out to be very versatile.
