    Awesome fridge, no complaints, nothing flimsy about it, very rigid and worth the extra money. Quality wise it compares to 8-10k refrigerators.

    Loved the interior and the inside trays! Bought on 3/2019 and it broke on 9/2021. Its very small time for a $4400 refrigerator! And add to that components are back-ordered.

    This fridge is beautiful. But it is also a poorly designed, zero quality control, disaster waiting to happen. So what did I do? Purchase the best buy warranty thinking that would save me from all the terrible reviews I read. Nope, not at all. Made things worse. Now I'm two full weeks without a fridge and it may be weeks or months longer while we go through parts not available, incompetence, finger pointing, and a general lack of interest in delivering on promises. I'm a best buy fan but I will never again purchase a warranty from them. EVER. I have no history with KitchenAid, but I can promise you this will be my first and LAST KitchenAid purchase. If you are looking for kitchen artwork - go ahead and buy it. If you are a normal person trying to juggle ten thousand things already and don't have room for another massive headache and tons of expense then PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to us in these reviews who are suffering and AVOID THIS FRIDGE AT ALL COSTS!

    Overall I like it. The only concern is I’m used to full size refrigerator instead of a counter depth. Other than that, it’s a nice mode.

    It's a very nice fridge, except, the ice maker doesn't work and it is ridiculous that i have to purchase a separate ice maker.

    My family wanted a new fridge and I wanted KitchenAid and KitchenAid only. We are switching all appliances to the brand and my only request in it all was do not consider Samsung or LG and it will be perfect.

    I purchased a full suite of Kitchenaid Black Stainless about a year ago including this high end refrigerator and have had nothing but problems. The stove was an out of box failure and Best Buy wouldn’t replace so I waited a month or so for a factory service person to fix it. Then the ice maker on the refrigerator stopped working. That took another month. Then the refrigerator stopped getting cold and was averaging about 58 degrees due to a faulty fan. That took another 2 months for a 3rd party company to fix. Today I noticed some scratches and a dent in the side of the door from where he took it off to change the fan. Kitchenaid will not replace it and I have to take it up with Integrity Factory Service in Gainesville, GA now. Uggh. Spent almost $8000, nothing but issues. Multiple days off work. Replaced everything in the fridge twice now. Stay away from this product.

    This was one of the most expensive appliances I Have ever purchased. We were so excited at all it was promised to be. However, we have literally been fraught with disappointment from this unit. First we had to have a door replaced because it did not line up. Then the control menu started peeling off, so we had to have that repaired. Then the ice maker broke and needed to be replaced. Most recently, the compressor has broken and we are in the process of getting it fixed. I read through the other reviews and noticed other customers having similar problems and issues with the quality of this refrigerator. My advice, do not buy it. And if you do, be sure to get an extended warranty.

    Refrigerator I have purchased this brand twice and both times after 1 year I have had problems. First About this refrigerator at a different place this time I bought it at Best Buy thinking if I had any issues they would come out and resolve it immediately or at least soon that wasn’t the case still having problems still trying to resolve since October 2021
