The style of the fridge is amazing. If you're looking for a high-end fridge this is it. The grey/woof interior is a great look.

I really wanted to love this fridge because it’s beautifully designed and the rest of my kitchen is KitchenAid products. It’s been 9 months with this fridge and I am having the same issues over and over again. Like many other reviewers noted - it doesn’t do it’s most important job - which is keeping your food cold! The first warning sign was that ice machine stopped working. Then I noticed that the food in the freezer melted. Then the temperature of the fridge was 20 degrees above what I had set to be. Had someone come in January to fix the issue - which took two visits and having to wait almost a month for parts. It’s May and I am having the same issue again. What good is a fridge if your food constantly goes bad? I’m so sad and at this point wish that I could get a completely new and different fridge. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this fridge.

Pros: - Great Looking - No problems after owning a year - Very customizable layout - consistent cool throughout; no frozen spots Cons: - ice dispenser in door is hard to control. 50% of the time you are picking a cube or 2 off the floor - ice making can be a bit noisy

Love it! Everything working properly. Lots of organized refrigerator space. Great ice maker. So far so good!!

Beautiful inside and out! Love the soft close drawers. Coming from a side by side the freezer has taken some time to get accustomed to. Dispensed cocktail size ice, prefer a larger cube.

I purchased the refrigerator two months ago. I have had ni droid issues with the evaporator and the freezer. The food continues to freeze in the refrigerator and melt in the freezer. The solution from the repair man is not to have so many milks in the refrigerator. I am constantly throwing out food. I paid close to $4,000 , is it too much to ask to replace it with a new one that works? I do not want my money just a working refrigerator.

Love the look and the self closing drawers. Nice finish and plenty of space. Depth is perfect so you can see all your stuff without moving the whole fridge around.

Very nice and very happy except ice maker doesn't work and need owners manual.

The one disappointment was the lack of lightning in the freezer space.

Makes the perfect size ice drive is great freezer little small with all the plastic trays they add not enough space in freezer

This refrigerator is so loud and the ice maker is always getting stuck

Great fridge high end except temperature panel peels off easy had to have it fixed other than that agreat addition..hopefully that is all the issue. Would have givenit a higher star but because of the temperature panel peeling off could not do it..

Items delivered and installed seem like decent quality so far. Install guys unprepared to install plug for microwave although it was on order. That was rectified and install was completed. Just awaiting stove now to finish the purchase.

Solid purchase zero complaints. Really easy to set up the inside components easy access to items. Doors don't swing all the way back preventing them from hitting walls or cabinets

Love the look, works like a dream, fresh air when you open the fridge, crushed ice is fab, love the cute cubes of ice, we would buy this again

Overall the refrigerator is nice. The compressor is a bit louder than I would like, and it doesn’t have some of the nicer features you would find in the built-in models. That said, for a free standing refrigerator it is one of the nicer models I think you will find.

I did a lot of research and found this to be an outstanding buy. I love the French doors and the cooling is top notch. I would not hesitate to buy this if you're on the fence.

Excellent design great storage and quality. Best Buy did an excellent job with delivery and water hookup.
