I have been without a fridge for 4 weeks now, and even though I purchased Best Buy Total Tech Protection I am still waiting for Best Buy to address the issue. Have had 3 service calls and it is still not fixed. This product and Total Tech Protection are JUNK.

Even in the inside. I don’t like how the veggie bins cannot be pulled out without opening both doors though. My biggest complaint is that there’s not much room for anything taller. We apparently have a condiment obsession in our house and there’s not even close to enough door space so it takes up most of the tallest shelf area. Most of them won’t fit on the upper two shelf areas.

Getting approval for credit is always routine for us since our credit is superb. This time we kept getting rejected which made the credit application experience incredibly bad. The person who took our credit request entered my birthdate incorrectly thus causing a time consuming and painful procedure. The application process was transferred to someone at a different location and they corrected the problem immediately. Time lost, about 45 minutes.

Even the delivery crew stated it was heavier. The ice nuggets are a perfect size for water bottles and the water measuring was gimmicky until I realized the power of convenience, it's a nice touch.
