We had Kenmore appliances prior these are such major upgrade this one is the highlight. We had to have several delivered bought a new it came dead on arrival. As loyal custom er I continued to be a loyal customer and was patient with Best Buy. I love this product will continue to buy

Ice Maker Won't Make Ice-Keeps Freezing

Have had the refrigerator for less than a year (10 months) and the ice maker freezes up and quits making cubes. You might think that if you purchase from a reputable manufacturer and retailer that you will get good service. That would be wrong. Now that I am having problems with the product, they keep giving me phone numbers and I cannot even get a hold of a live person for assistance. Waiting on the manufacturer warranty service. Will see how that goes.

Then called sales person Mr. Dormant and left message for him but never heard back. Also this product has poor design as you can’t open the right side drawer without both doors being open.

Faulty Fridge
