When I learned that Best Buy had in stock the model I wanted, I bought it immediately for delivery in four days. All went well and Mike in the Cary Best Buy was so kind and helpful. I will think of Best Buy next time I need anything electronic - including appliances. Well

Ice Maker Broke Twice in the First Year

The issue is with the ice maker and water on the door. The door with the ice maker and water had to be replaced within months of getting it. After 4-5 months of the replacement the ice maker broke again. If you buy it, get the extended warranty. You will need it.

When I open the doors, I can see everything clearly! I see what is in the vegetable drawer, meat drawer, cheese drawer. It is fantastic. Could not be happier.

I wouldn’t buy this if I could do it over again, We are replacing it with one from another brand less than four years after buying it.

The drawers are also unaligned from production and Best Buy couldn’t do anything except give a credit.

Dont buy!

At this price point there should be no issues. I am so dissapointed and frustrated with this purchase. First the ice maker goes out then a shelf breaks and now the water dispenser wont work. Only two people using it on a regular basis. Save yourself the money and headache!
