Old side by side KitchenAid refrig was 16 yrs old and still working, but wanted new one. New KitchenAid french refrig seems like another best buy - great technologies, working great, looks great! Completely satisfied.

We purchased this fridge elsewhere and waited 3 months without ever receiving it. We went to Best Buy and had our fridge within a week. The first one was damaged and they replaced it in less than a week. We really do like the fridge and it meets all our needs.

We are very happy with are Kitchen Aid. The layout within, is very functional for us.

We bought an open box refrigerator and we absolutely love it!

Usually I don’t leave a review but this time I had to, just because the price, we purchased this fridge thinking kitchenaid is the best of the best but we were wrong with this fridge, it has been the worst fridge we ever bought, it wasted our food by freezing it all the time, we went trough kitchen aid to repair it, they tried a few time but we are still having the same problem. I’m talking about a brand new fridge that cost over $4000, please don’t waist your money it’s not worth it. Thanks.

I have owned KitchenAid appliances in the past and I highly recommend the brand.

This was purchased as a replacement for the 10 year old Kitchenaid fridge that lost its compressor. Tried to match the remain stove/DW/& microwave. Certainly attractive and nicely detailed. So far, quite happy

Bought in Jan and went out in June. Had the repair guy from Kitchen Aid come out three times and replaced parts each time and still doesn't work. I am now waiting another part that is back ordered and suppose to be here in 7 to 10 days. I have a 6 month refrigerator that will be down a month by the time the parts come in. I love the color and wood inside but would purchase something else.

Love the French doors, just wish the ice maker was larger

This is a beautiful refrigerator, but is does not function well. We bought this solely based on the brand name and appearance but should have done our research as this gets many, many poor reviews. Within the first two days of owning it, we knew it needed to be returned. The refrigerator section functioned okay but did not properly cool enough and the layout is not user friendly. Multiple items thawed in the freezer again and again. Best Buy Total Tech's third party installers handled the installation and everything was done properly, the refrigerator itself is just not a good product. We returned it to Best Buy and got the Bosch 800 series which we love!

Not worth the money! Our refrigerator is now just 14 months old, and we just learned today that the compressor needs to be replaced. We've already replaced the ice maker after multiple service visits. Good thing we purchased the extended warranty but at this point, I'd rather they come pick up this junker and I'll buy another brand. If 2020 were a refrigerator, it would be this one!
