Absolutely no storage. Cannotnhold a gallon of milk in the doors. Weird ledges everywhere that make it so you can’t push stuff back. I know it’s countertop but it’s ridiculous and so expensive. I should have gotten something cheaper and double checked doors and small details before buying. Bad on me.

The ice machine does not work. There is not a lot of space

This is a very expensive fridge yet it makes a high pitched noise. Kitchenaid doesn't have any service appointments in our area, and Best Buy won't take it back.

Great service, delivery and install. The guys cleaned up everything and hauled the off the packing materials.

The refrigerator is beautiful. It is a counter depth style so you must get used to the limited depth and a smaller refrigerator than most folks have but my house is small and I did not want a refrigerator sticking out into the kitchen. We are just 2 people so we will adjust quickly to this limitation. The left side door has very limited storage capacity compared to the right side which has large storage bins. That is the only thing that I would change, if I could.

Very happy with my new Kitchen Aide refrigerator. Had a small problem and it was taken care of in a timely manner. I do plan on buying other appliances in the future.

I purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy and had it delivered on 12/4/22. A few hours after it was installed I noticed 1 of the doors would not stay open. I also noticed 2 of the slow closing draws were hitting into each other and not fully closing on their own. I complained and made arrangements for Best Buy to come back out and fix this. They said it could not be adjusted and that they would have to send me a new refrigerator. I now have to wait until March 18th for them to get me a new replacement refrigerator that was defective on delivery from day 1. It is a nice looking refrigerator but it seems like a lot of the components on the inside are cheap plastic that don’t line up great.

The product hasn't been delivered. The display model is beautiful. Really looking forward to see the refrigerator in use.

Refrigerator not balanced and will need to place something under the back side so it doesn’t rock when the door is opened and closed

We love our new refrigerator, it fits perfectly into our kitchen of kitchenaid aplaiances. The design is luxurious, however, for a family of 3 I still find it small. We ended up buying an addition fridge for our garage, so Space isn't an issue and we didn't compromise the sleek look of the counter depth.

Love my kitchenAid frige i have owned other brands, we are military family and move a lot. This one kitchenAid is my favorite.

Love the look and dependability of KitchenAid. We have purchased our first KitchenAid product 25 years ago and it still works. New bought for new home.

Won’t be installed until the renovation is done but I’ve looked at it in the store and it’s gorgeous. Love the “flat” front for a built in look.

If I had to do over I would not have bought this refrigerator. Inside space isn’t enough.

The refrigerator looks really nice but unfortunately the unit we received appears to have an issue and runs very loud. I don’t expect it to be silent but I shouldn’t hear it running from thirty feet away.

I love my new refrigerator it’s the best purchase I made

We bought a new home and wanted higher end appliances to go with it. We went with this model and couldn't be happier. The temp is spot on and there is a ton of room in it! We can spend $300 on groceries and still not fill it up. Love it!

Delivery was a tough one but the delivery guys found a way to get this large refrigerator in the kitchen. Really impressed with the refrigerator.
