It is a counter depth style so you must get used to the limited depth and a smaller refrigerator than most folks have but my house is small and I did not want a refrigerator sticking out into the kitchen. We are just 2 people so we will adjust quickly to this limitation. The left side door has very limited storage capacity compared to the right side which has large storage bins. That is the only thing that I would change, if I could.

A few hours after it was installed I noticed 1 of the doors would not stay open. I also noticed 2 of the slow closing draws were hitting into each other and not fully closing on their own. I complained and made arrangements for Best Buy to come back out and fix this. They said it could not be adjusted and that they would have to send me a new refrigerator. I now have to wait until March 18th for them to get me a new replacement refrigerator that was defective on delivery from day 1. It is a nice looking refrigerator but it seems like a lot of the components on the inside are cheap plastic that don’t line up great.

The design is luxurious, however, for a family of 3 I still find it small. We ended up buying an addition fridge for our garage, so Space isn't an issue and we didn't compromise the sleek look of the counter depth.

I don’t expect it to be silent but I shouldn’t hear it running from thirty feet away.

Please everyone DO NOT BUY KITCHENAID PRODUCTS the support is horrible as they hung up on me and said they don't compensate the customer for having to take a day off for their error? Please feel free to contact me and I am going on every social platform to notify people not to purchase your products. Also bought the top of the line fridge, microwave, and gas stove. I regret my purchase.
