Like the product but length of time to get it is terrible

We purchased this in May 2017. As of 11/18/2019, the refrigerator started making a really loud noise and wont stop making the loud noise. Have to have a technician come look at it. Ice Maker jams-up all the time. Had to have the right door replaced once delivered, Can never get the streaks off of it no matter how hard you try. VERY VERY small. The freezer is so small you can not hardly use it. Waste of space. Completely disappointed and would never purchase again. Too much money for these issues. We purchased a cheap ($750) scratch and dent samsung SS refrigerator at the same time for the garage and it has never had issues and it is used just as much. I called Geek Squad and they can't help and I called Best Buy and they can't help. I have to now call whirlpool who owns Kitchenaid.

Bought one, delivery never showed up. Went to store, bought another one. It didn’t work. Brought it back. Bought a Frigidaire, it works great.

Purchased this refrigerator in September of 2018, took delivery on it 10/2/2018. Come home from vacation first week of July and it is not cooling - everything else works. Called kitchenaid and they sent someone out 5 days later - mind you we have at this point lost all food and a $10k medication that requires refrigeration. Service company comes out, determines it is the compressor inverter board (Last Tuesday) - couldn't get the part until yesterday (7/22) and installed today (7/23). Spoke to KitchenAid with my dissatisfaction and they would give us a $100 gift card for our troubles - which does nothing if you are out of a refrigerator. Determined today when they installed it that it is still not working. Everything else is however. Service technician suggests we try the circuit boards but doesnt believe that will fix it since everything else is working. Now we wait another 1-2 weeks for those parts to possibly not work. Instead of KitchenAid standing behind their product since we will be without a refrigerator for over a month, we have to continue to maintain service on an 8 month old refrigerator. WORST PRODUCT - DO NOT BUY, THEY ARE JUNK and their service department is just as bad.

Purchased the refrigerator online via bestbuy.com. Both headline description and specifications list color / finish as stainless steel. Finish is actually finger print resistant stainless steel. I would not have purchased if I knew that was the finish. I alerted customer service and completed three previous surveys concerning the misleading information online. 4+ weeks later and online info has not been corrected.

Ran for 1 week fine then compressor quit. Waiting for Whirlpool to replace for a month now.
