BUYER BEWARE!!! this looks so pretty, but looks can be deceiving. We have already had two problems with this refrigerator. Previously it was a problem with the ice maker. Now an issue with the fridge having power, but not cool at all. Seems like a condenser/motor issue. This refrigerator is only 3 years old and to pay this much money, that my husband and I busted our tails to earn is extremely upsetting. Yes, we paid for the geek squad service protection, and that's the most disappointing part of all this! Noone can come out for another week!! 9 days will have gone by before a tech can come out. This has caused me to throw out all of the food due to spoilage. We have bought quite a few appliances from BEST BUY, with this fridge being our most expensive purchase. WE WILL NEVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM THEM AGAIN, lesson learned.

Broken appliance. Arrived and needed 3 new mother boards. Have purchased 3 appliances from here that are Kitchen Aid and they have all 3 had issues.

Love my new refrigerator!! The counter depth gives me more room in my kitchen. My favorite part is the tiny ice cubes.

Wanted USA only and KITCHEN AID IS ONLY USAmade worth getting. It's design appearance everything is perfection. Only drawback is water filter which is difficult

We purchased this refrigerator about a month ago and we had nothing but problems. I wasted numerous hours on the phone talking to Pacific Sales, Best Buy, Kitchen Aid and their repair people. It came with missing parts, uneven doors, a huge gap between the refrigerator and the freezer.

My wife decided on this refrigerator after many comparisons. This one is fantastic. Lots of room, many great features,and a pleasure to own. Buy with confidence.

i got deliver this refrigerator February and i left it in the house and not checked it because we are doing construction work. Yesterday the plumber wanted to install and we found out in both sides to the back bottom bending so much that extends the sides and does not fit between the cabinets. I called customers service no help at all very nasty. I will never buy anything from bestbuy anymore.

It's brand new, so obviously pleased. But the purchase was the result of due diligence; shopping, comparing, articles, consumer guides - and especially a knowledgeable sales person, Tony Davis, in the Pasadena, CA store. Makes a big difference with an experienced sales person. I'm sure I will continue to be very pleased.

We looked a many refrigerators when making this purchase. The Kitchen Aid was an excellent choice for us.

I enjoy my new refrigerator. My dishwasher is super quiet. Microwave is relatively large but great interior and easy settings

This refrigerator defiantly the highlight of my kitchen!!! The inside of the fridge has this nice wooden trims and glass and metal and the way it all put together is just stunning. Other than that is does the job, cool water, ice cold ice!!! So far I did not have any problem with ice dispenser which is nice, compare to my previous experiences.

The counter depth, quietness, LED lighting, storage compartments & ease of cleaning makes this refrigerator a must have .

I bought this refrigerator because you cold tell it was a quality product it cost a little more but was Made in the USA

This is a beautiful looking refrigerator. It failed in two months, warming above safe temperatures and spoiling hundreds of dollars worth of food. KitchenAid uses one repair company and they are booked up a week in advance. After spending nearly $4,000 we have spoiled food and no refrigerator for at least a week and probably more. I am done with KitchenAid.
