This dishwasher is so powerful. Does a great cleaning job. Love the stainless steel. Only downside -- not much room. I can't seem to slide in my cookie sheets on the side like my old DW. And there is this rack on the very top for knives which is just a waste of space.

3 months after 3 year service plan ended dishwasher ended. Dishwasher stopped working. This is why i never review right after installation. This Dishwasher doesn't pass the test of time

Salesperson said plastic would dry nicely but we still have to wipe plastic with a towel. Door also has water drops when load is done. But, it runs well and dishes are clean.

dishwasher fit our spot well; installed nicely; however, was charged extra for an extension that was needed to hook it up properly; dishwasher cycles are on top of door & get pushed accidently sometimes when opening the door; stainless steel inside siding is nice & washes dishes in good order so far.

I'm not sure if I have a defective product but I finally was able to run a load of dishes. I chose "normal" wash. The cycle takes a very long time. When the cycle completed, everything inside was still wet, all the dishes were soaked, and the inside of the washer itself. However, the dishes were extremely hot so you would think it would be dry. I had to keep the door open overnight for the dishes to dry. I'm going to attempt using the extended dry feature tonight but not sure why I have to use that. I'm a bit upset after paying so much for this product. Hopefully a call to Best Buy resolves this.

I haven’t seen a fingerprint on the front yet! I don’t love the third top utensil rack as my tall cups don’t quite fit under it. Also wish the utensil holder would not take up the entire side of lower each. No one pulls out the rack to place anything in back half!

Beautiful appliance. Only using for the second time as I just received last week. Not sure yet how I feel because first time I used the dishes didn't seem dry enough and I left them in the appliance overnight. Hopefully, this time I'll feel differently when the cycle is completed.

Using the "tough" setting gets dishes cleaner than using the "normal" setting. My dishwasher is not right next to my sink so I needed a dishwasher like KitchenAid that would drain for 2 minutes instead of 1 minute, like most others. I don't use the top rack much.

Operates as advertised. Didn't have the acrid bitumen smell of the Bosch units. Love the options for delaying the cycles. Hoping the top-located controls/touch panel stays good.

THREE DAYS after installation I discovered the slender top drawer that is so great for putting cooking utensils, nice and spacious. Not too fond of the silver ware container but I suppose you get used to it. Over all very satisfied with the Dishwasher

Slightly disappointed... quiet enough doesn’t rent very well and extra product needed top rack crowds and board rack when lowered My last dishwasher was better… Rinse better everything fit better

I've had 2 Frigidaire Dishwasher. They last around 7 yrs and eventually leak or break. This model was a little more, but the quality is evident! QUIET, hidden controls, all stainless interior. So far very happy.

I was told that Kitchen Aid dishwashers rate high. I have 2 siblings that have Kitchen Aid dishwashers, and they think it’s the best they ever had. That’s why I chose one also and am very pleased by its performance . No more dish pan hands !

My experience at Best Buy was very pleasant. The service was excellent. The dishwasher I purchased is very quiet and efficient. The installation was satisfactory, quick and installers were pleasant. Overall, I was very pleased.

Dishwasher performs exactly as expected. It is so quiet that you hardly know it is running. To me the customer service at Best Buy is above and beyond. Their excellent customer service is why I keep going back!

We replaced our 10+ year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher with this one. We were open to any brand and after doing comparisons, it was the best one. The cycles work well and the top utensil rack is a great addition.

We had a 20 year old dishwasher, so any new dishwasher would be impressive. But I have to say I love this dishwasher. It washes well and is so quiet I sometimes don’t know it’s on. Can’t say anything bad. Would recommend to everyone.

Bought same dishwasher for my girlfriend and she really likes it. I still have not received my order. Along with the dishwasher, I also purchased a refrigerator which I will review separately.

The 3rd (Top) rack is not useable. Nothing larger then a spoon fits without hitting the top. The silverware basket is along the side so you need to fully open the dishwasher, slide out the bottom rack, just to put in a fork, it would be better to have the basket along the front to only open the door to drop in a missed fork. 2nd, the cleaning of the silverware isnt as good as expected. Frequently the silverware isnt as clean as it should be. Have had to hand wash items that came out dirty. Of course its because we over fill the dishwasher, but everyone does, nearly every time, so it should be designed for that.

I find the inside flexible to put most anything that you want in the washer. Also the sani cycles and the heated drying are a big plus for me. You can see the cycles running on the front of the washer.
