Like the controls on the top and not the outside. Also like that there is no handle sticking out. So far not quite so sure about the fact that it doesn't thoroughly dry some cups on top.

Carlos worked very quietly and efficiently. I almost did not know he was here. He cleaned up behind him and when he left everything was ready to go.

I love this dishwasher. I had a Frigidaire before this one. I had several problems with it. This dishwasher washes and dries the dishes as it should!

Overall happy with this dishwasher. First one we purchased did not dry very well. Best Buy replaced it quickly and we haven't had a problem with the new one.

I am surprised how quiet the machine is. My old GE sounded like a tractor compared to this. The dishes come very clean, too. I'm happy with my purchase so far.

Looks great! The buttons are on top which takes some getting used to, but works well. The 3 loading areas are nice to have- use top rack for larger utensils.

Bought this to replace a Frigidaire that was 7 years old and leaking badly. The Best Buy install was difficult, as the team broke a pipe so I couldn't use it until the pipe was replaced. Once usable, it's been a mixed bag. Dishes definitely don't come out dry regardless of the setting. And I can't set the heat dry when running Express Wash. Was expecting better based on review and brand reputation, so mildly disappointed.

Quick process from purchase to installation. Too early to tell how well the dishwasher will perform. Expectations are high.

The KitchenAid dishwasher is the BEST. I had a GE, sent that GE back to the store for a KitchenAid.

Overall good quality product. The dishwasher does not seem to dry dishes well, as everything is still covered with moisture after extended drying.

the best and quickest installation of this makes Best Buy outstanding, I also think the price is very competitive.

So quiet I had to put my ear to it to make sure it was running. I’ve never seen dishes sparkle before but they actually sparkle now.

Yeah i like the shallow drawer thing at the top. it's pretty cool and spacious. I love that i can adjust the top row

When unpacked by installation person, the product was damaged. Best Buy made good on it and replaced it with another.

The dishwasher matches nicely to the other KitchenAid products. Make sure you use the Finish drying aid or the inside never dries.

Doing a kitchen remodel and wanted a new dishwasher to replace my old one. The sales guy highly recommended KitchenAid... and now so do I!

I purchased this with the intent to reduce my time washing dishes but at the end of the day nothing beats plain ol elbow grease.

Great product so far. Plenty of space and even a top slide out rack at the top to put large flat utensils. So far so good. Love it

Great except for the top rack which is for utensils. For some reason, they leave a film on the pieces which have to be wiped.
