Purchased this dishwasher about a month ago. This was my first higher end dishwasher. I had previously purchased and installed 3 lower end units in prior homes. I am very happy with the unit. Pros - Easy to install. Very Quite, do not hear it running from any room other than the kitchen (compared to my experience with older price point models). Sleek look, as all the settings are hidden on the top of the door which is ends up hidden under the counter top. Does an excellent job of cleaning and drying dishes. Filter area at the bottom is easy to access, remove filter and clean. Only needs a rinse and back in. Simple. Cons - The very top rack for larger utensils is very shallow. Cannot fit utensils any larger than about an inch in depth. Tongs barely fit. Can only place very flat utensils there. The outer edge shelf of the 2nd rack is a little narrow. We use a lot of wide coffee cups (Starbucks mugs) and they are too wide. They end up leaning inward which is what you don't want. You want everything to tilt outward for optimal water flow to reach the inside of the glass/cup. Overall I'm very happy with this unit.

We had an older KitchenAid dish washer that was on it’s last legs when we found this new version. It cleans really well and is so much quieter than the older machine. It is easy to use and attractive as a black stainless steel appliance. The salesperson guided us to this unit which was on sale. Very good experience all around!

Like the clean front with hidden controls. This machine is very quiet compared to our old machine. Does a good job cleaning dishes. The narrow third tray on top is perfect for smaller flat items like container lids.

We were looking to replace our 20 year old dishwasher and we can’t be happier. This unit is sleek and quite as can be. I highly recommend.

I've only had this for about a week and have only run a few cycles with it, but I'm pleased so far. I got rid of a 4 year old Samsung that was pretty much junk for years, so I know anything would be better than that. But I really do like this one. Love the look of it. The light / display on the front while it is running is great. It disappears when not running and you don't know it is even there, so keeps a clean look to the machine. Only things that are "meh" are the 3rd rack: Don't know how useful it really is. Unless something completely skinny and flat, it isn't much use. I have used it for lids and some flat spatulas. But soup spoons or things with a bend in the handle don't fit. Whatever. The other "meh" is just the usual with these uber quiet machines. You pretty much have to leave the door ajar when not using to let out the moisture and keep them from getting a bad smell. First world problems. Overall quiet (about 45 - 50 db while running) and easy to use.

Excellent dishwasher and is so quiet that I had to touch it to feel the motor running! Very roomy, and the 3rd rack is excellent for large flat utensils. Adjustability of racks is another welcome feature, and it is also energy efficient. I am very happy with my purchase.

Review based on a couple of weeks of use. Works very well! Super quiet! The third rack is greatly convenient. HOWEVER: The sub-contracted installers take you for a ride $$$ if there is a need for some additional stuff. Customer is captive - install or not install!

We’ve used thee new dishwasher about 6 times now and have been very impressed with its cleaning ability, quietness, and Other features. Specifically the ball-bearing slides on the top rack and the ‘3rd rack/shelf for serving spoons, spatulas, etc. Very pleased overall with the clean lines, too!

Love, love, love this new dishwasher. Dishes come out clean and it's really quiet. Love the third rack for silverware when I need more space on the bottom rack. Just need to remind my husband to unoload it! Definitely recommend this!

Don't like the top rack too much cause it doesn't dry lids, but it does save on space. Seems like I am able to load up more dishes in this dishwasher. Cleans nicely and looks nice. Super quiet! If it wasn't for it not drying the top rack I would give it a 5 star. I've only had it one month.

WOW! Is this thing quiet!!!! Geek Squad did an awesome job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. Very easy to operate and extremely quiet running. It does a fantastic job of cleaning as well! Highly recommended!

Dishwashers have come along way in 15 years. You can barely hear it running and there was another model that was even quieter. The sales guy talked me into the model with the slide out rack above the glasses for spatulas, BBQ tongs, etc. With the top rack wine glasses don't fit in the glass rack and most of my spatulas and BBQ tongs are to thick for the top rack and they don't get clean on the top side. That's the only thing I don't like, otherwise its super quiet and does a super job cleaning and you don't have to rinse every morsel of food off your dished before putting them in the dishwasher.

So far, we have been very pleased with this purchase. It is very quiet and has more space than the dishwasher we replaced with the third rack for utensils. Only downside is the cycle time seems much longer than our older model so best to run overnight.

What I like about this dishwasher is that it is super quiet. What I don't like about this dishwasher is that after i wash the dishes there is still water on the tops of cups/mugs. I don't feel that the dishes are getting completely dried. The tech said that the heat element is no longer inside the dishwasher but underneath and that the element is smaller.

This is a solid dishwasher. I previously had a different brand which I purchased in 2013 and I replaced it with the comparable version so that the exterior would match my other appliances. I had to return it as it was an inferior quality to my original purchase in 2013. I stepped it up and purchased this washer. I am not disappointed. It is extremely quiet and cleans well. I wish it would dry better. I often find that I need to dry some things with a paper towel but I am satisfied with the machine. The silver wear tray is tricky as the slots do not fit all size utensils. The third rack is a nice touch and the fact that I can move the top rack up or down is also a plus. It has no provision to organize tall wine glasses or champagne flutes neatly so be wary of that if you wash these often. My former washer had a special attachment for stemmed glasses.

I read many reviews on dishwashers and went to the stores to check them out before purchasing my Kitchen Aid dishwasher. We are very pleased with it. Very quiet, cleans and dries with no spots and very roomy inside.

This is a great dishwasher!!! It's quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes.

It looks great and is so quiet we had to really listen for it to know it is running.

Dishwasher is quiet , attractive design. We have had this for about one month and we are glad we purchased this machine. Cleans dishes great and dry dishes using just the regular cycle. Our previous dishwasher would not dry dishes very well.
