This product is terrible. It does not perform as well as the 20 year old Bosch that it replaced. I purchased it based on the reputation of the product name. It doesn't clean silverware well at all and I have taken to washing dishes before running in the dish washer.

I got the dishwasher installed last week (2nd week of November, 2017) . In addition to the cost of the dishwasher (came with free delivery and installation), I had to pay for the following ... 1) Installation Kit ($30) 2) Plumbing Permit ($60) 3) Electrical Permit ($70) I was told about the Installation Kit and the Plumbing Permit during the purchasing process. The Electrical Permit came to me as a surprise (on the day of installation) but I let the installer complete the installation. I had to reach out to the city to verify if the electrical permit was needed. The city verified that the electrical permit was NOT needed. I had to go back to BestBuy with this information. BestBuy store initiated an internal process to refund me the $70. The customer care team at BestBuy refunded me $60 (instead of $70). I had to email the customer care team again to get this rectified which was taken care of. I had to spend about 2 hours to get the refund. The dishwasher is fairly quiet. The quality is good too.

They failed to turn the breaker back on after installing but otherwise ok

Doesn’t dry bery well unless we use the sani rinse cycle

Motor failed after 2.4 years of use. Service is still trying to repair it, in the meantime I purchased a new dishwasher and will likely sell this unit once it is repaired.

I replaced our 12 year old GE dishwasher with this KitchenAid model. Boy, I knew that our dishes weren't the cleanest after the wash from our old GE model but boy was I surprised. My dishes shine now! I read how quiet the new dishwashers are (compared to older models) and initially, I thought, ok it IS quieter but would I notice a difference? I can honestly say that I can definitely notice a difference in decibels. Sure, I can hear it humming but that's about it. It is a dramatic difference. It does take longer to complete the wash/dry cycle - like 2.5 hours to wash/dry on normal cycle. But the dishes do come out dryer and hotter to the touch. No more water stains, food particles, or soap residue left after they are washed. I purchased the extended warranty because after reading many reviews, it seems that approximately 20% experience dishwasher failures in the first 18 mos. and this gave me more peace of mind. All in all, it cleans better, is quieter, and looks better than my last dishwasher. Time will tell if it is as reliable.

We have had this for two years. We purchased because this brand is usually great. It has been awful and does not clean our dishes. We will be replacing

Your results may vary but mine has never worked properly does not clean dishes and the UI stopped working within 24 months

After using this machine only about 5x, it suddenly stopped sealing and now won't close completely. The installer has come back to trouble shoot, but I don't know if we got a faulty machine or what.

I've never had a dishwasher that pools water. Was told to use "rinse" another chemical to do what the 20 year old dishwasher did automatically - DRY dishes and NOT pool water at the bottom! I swear things are manufactured worse with every "new" purchase I am forced to make. My original appliances put these newer generations to shame.

not worth the money, or your frustration. it's a cheap whirlpool dishwasher with the logo and price tag of KitchenAid. It does a very poor job and after every cycle you're always left with some dishes that are not clean. Bottom line - returned to the store and got a Bosch.

I have only had this dishwasher for 2 years and it looks like the pump has gone out. Also, if you accidentally open it during the drying cycle, you cannot resume the drying cycle. I will not be buying this brand again.

Dishwasher leaked after 10 days ruining our floor. Took another 16 days to replace. Will not return calls about the damage floors

Best Buy customer service was exceptional, but the dishwasher was poor quality. We tried many different dish cleaners and some were better than others. None of the dishes came out clean in this unit. We turned it in for a different brand and are very happy with it.

We purchased this washer just over a year ago, now it won’t a full cycle. Waited a week for Geek Squad to look at it. Received a call after Geek Squad visit saying the machine is no longer in production and the are parts are not available!

Excessive moisture inside dishwasher. I would towel dry out, but then shortly later excessive moisture built up again!

Though it's pretty from the outside, it DOESN'T clean the dishes. We have to re wash a load numerous times and then end up hand washing them. We've tried different types of soap and nothing helps. Very disappointed!

Been sitting in my garage since they delivered it since in home installation is canceled right now. Guess I'll have to remember to update it after it's actually installed.

It has already broken. Terrible that this dishwasher could not last one month after installation. Apparently I cannot return it?
