I waited 1 month for scheduled delivery. They contacted me at 1130 the night before to say delivery was suspended due to corona. I got my money back.

This dishwasher has begun to leak right after being installed. I have not been able to have it repaired or replaced due to COVID-19.

Purchased less than 2 years ago and already doesn’t work. Never was a really good dishwasher. Very disappointed.

Sump pump died after 2 years of light use! $300 for parts and no idea when available

Horrible takes forever and dosent clean very well and you have to had dry all you dishes.

Best buy guy brought a damaged product. Took it back. No clue where things are. Its been several weeks

The dishes, utensils come out wet and I have to hand dry them with paper towels.

This was a great purchase for my home on all levels. Sales: I used online sales and also the customer service phone line. They were excellent and made the process very easy and satisfying. Delivery: Again, excellent. They gave us a 4 hour window then narrowed it down as soon as they could. Installed the unit (free installation!) and took away the old (for a small price). Very prompt, clean, made sure the dishwasher worked and made sure there weren't any problems. Wonderful! Dishwasher: By far the best dishwasher I've ever had. I do use a rinse aid and have had no problems with dishes not drying. The third rack was not an option I was looking for, but it's turned out to be very handy! (This is the only area that will occasionally leave minor water spots on the surface of stainless steel items.) It has indicator lights to show where it is in the cycle and when clean. I heartily recommend this.

Like many, I must have read 200 reviews of various dishwashers before I pulled the trigger on this one. The great reviews won me over. After five uses, I will say we love this product. I have used four different settings and all have performed great. I did find a few grains of rice in the bottom front after the last wash..No big deal. wiped them out, but wonder if I hadn't if a smell wouldn't have developed after a few days, which was a problem with our old LG..always smelled... Putting that aside, the unit have been great, it's plenty quiet, the stainless steel door looks awesome when you wipe it. I really like the lights on the outside that tell you what's happening, even though the controls are inside the door. We'll likely use the quick clean cycle, as it's just two of us most of the time. The baskets are cool, however we did remove the cover of the front one as we use a lot of flatware vs. knives. The installation guys were great. There was some confusion and misinformation about charges, but ultimately no added charges for a longer and better water line. Make sure you get that nailed down when you make your purchase. Overall, I give BB a 10...very happy! One final note....if you buy the model with the recessed handle vs. no handle, there is no skinny third rack on the top. We don't miss it.

I purchased this Best Buy promotional dishwasher to replace aan aging Bosch. The Kitchen Aide at 44 decibels is far superior in construction. Far superior in reduction of sound. It is excellent.

This is a fabulous dishwasher! It's quiet, cleans the dishes perfectly and they come out bone-dry! The display is easy to see and the overall look is attractive. We couldn't ask for more in a dishwasher. Very happy with it and would highly recommend it!

Gets amazing reviews from consumers, which is why I bought. It's by no means perfect though. Pros: It's quiet and looks nice. Seems to do good a job washing dishes. Racks glide like butter. Cons: Takes a loooong time to clean dishes. (Not unusual for new dishwashers.) Drying is good, not great. Controls are a little complicated, and easy to accidentally hit when opening. Lots of buttons on top of door which are surprisingly touchy to operate. They are not bubble buttons that you can feel and select. The "buttons" are just a perfectly flat surface with writing that give no feedback when pushed. You push the area near the writing and hope you've activated that button. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. YOU MUST PUSH START AGAIN EACH TIME YOU OPEN TO ADD A DISH (SEEMS TO GIVE YOU ABOUT 3 SECONDS TO ADD A DISH WITHOUT HAVING TO PUSH START AGAIN.) Ridiculous. THIRD RACK APPEARS TO BE AN AFTERTHOUGHT GIMMICK, NOT AN ACTUAL USEFUL FUNCTION. Have put lightly soiled items there, and they never come out clean. I'm sure the items get wet, but don't expect them to get clean. Area is very narrow from 3rd rack to top of washer, so very few items can actually fit. Literally think silverware and spatulas (things which have their own place in the washer, and/or take up almost no room). DON'T BUY THIS WASHER FOR THE THIRD RACK. Verdict. This is a good dishwasher, not a great one. CR rates it middling, which is probably where it should rank at the end of the day.

Purchased in December 2017 along with a 5 year warranty. Very pleased with performance except that from the beginning the interior was always warm almost hot. Even after leaving for 10-12 hours and opening in the morning, the dishes were still very warm to the touch. In July 2020 the machine failed to run, it would start by pumping out any residual water and then just stop. We called for service and they determined the main board needing replacing, which Best Buy replaced. Machine still didn't run and they were going to replace the whole lower assembly but after some fiddling, he was able to get it to respond. Ran a test run on empty machine, short wash cycle with not heated dry at all. Same issue, next morning tub and inside was still very warm almost hot. Also display has a small flashing light! Opened an online chat with KitchenAid and was told Best Buy Geek Squad was not an authorized service organization and I was referred to a local repair service. As I had paid for a five year warranty I chose not to double pay. Not impressed with KitchenAid response - no real help, simply a refereal. Don't know if this is normal operation of the machine or not, friend bought same model cause they liked mine so much and theirs is not hot.

I have loved this dishwasher from day one...until the last few months when it began making unusual noises and not cleaning well. I always went for Kitchenaid dishwashers, but I'm rethinking that now. I believe a good dishwasher should last longer than just 5 years.

While not top of the line, this dishwasher gets the job done. It has a simple but elegant design and fit our space perfectly since we had drawers that would hit a handle if it existed.
