It is quiet, easy to keep clean, leaves up sparkling clean dishes. Best Buy did a great job of installation, too!

The 3rd rack has been great for flatware. This dishwasher is extremely quiet and does a wonderful job cleaning and drying.

First new dishwasher in 20 years. Did a ton of research and couldn’t be more pleased so far. This machine is so quiet, I actually had to stop and restart it the first time to make sure it was working because I couldn’t believe it could be this quiet. What’s even better is that it’s super powerful. Dried fondue pot came out sparkling. Crusted on oatmeal - no problem. Peanut butter spoons - easy peasy. Love the third rack, and The adjustable heights for all the racks

Although I have nothing to compare this dishwasher to, I can tell you I’ve put it to the test. I’ve put caked on, baked on stuff right in the dishwasher and it cleans everything!! Just make sure you keep the drying liquid in it’s little dispenser and don’t let overfill it. It’s pretty quiet but again I’ve never had a dishwasher so I don’t have anything to compare it to. The installation person said kitchen aid was the best and he’s had his for over 15 years.

We had a Kitchenaid unit for many years but finally it died. We made the choice for another Kitchenaid and this one does very well. Lot of space inside for dishes/pots/pans. The unit is very quiet (almost to the point that you wonder if it is actually working). We tried the quick cycle wash/dry but the dishes did not get dry so we have had to revert to the pro dry....so it takes a longer time to get them dry but it does fine.

I couldn't be happier with my dishwasher. It is unbelievably quiet and does an amazing job cleaning and drying my dishes, etc. It is efficiently created to place more items in the bottom rack since the silverware holder is on the side instead of the center (as in my previous one). The sprayer for bottles is a nice addition, too. I'd highly recommend this model to anyone in the market for a new dishwasher!

This is a wonderful dishwasher. It is quieter that I could have imagined. it cleans very well and it is easy to load.

This was my first time buying any appliance from Best Buy and for sure it won't be my last. I got the best price plus installation, lower than all other big boxes like Home Depot, Lowes, and others, installation services was the best, and I got the best product with reliable reviews on Best Buy. The product is top notch, works great and it is so quiet that I barely notice when it is on. Very functional and solid dishwasher.

I did extensive research before purchasing this dishwasher and I'm glad I did bec in our 50 years of marriage, this DW is the best we've ever had. It excels at both washing and drying, is very quiet, and has a LOT of room inside meaning less number of washes required. Also, I was extremely impressed with Best Buy keeping me updated as to delivery up to the very hour! Wow, I've not ever had great service like this before.

I have had it about a month and it’s been really good and cleaning perfectly Wells. It does not make much noise and the 3 layer of compartment for spoon and spatula etc is very convenient and nice - spacing is good although I wish it had plate spacing like the Bosch - I think that is better I couldn’t get Bosch due to size issue. We are happy with kitchenaid given our circumstances. I would have preferred Bosch though.

We've had this dishwasher for about a month now. It is so quiet you can't tell its even on. The dishes are very clean but you definitely need to use a rinse aid. I found the top shelf to be of little value due to the minimal depth of that area. I love the look of this dishwasher and being able to drape my kitchen towel over the handle is handy. The stainless steel doesn't show up water spots or smudges like some do. Very nice dishwasher!

This has been a great dishwasher in the few weeks that we've had it. It's one of the quietest I've ever heard - you barely know it's running - and the dishes come out super-clean with zero residue when using the Auto setting. The small LED on the front indicating the cycle process is a nice touch and the adjustability of the rack components inside is a good feature. Very satisfied with this washer.

This dishwasher is a replacement for our old unit. Our old dishwasher was so loud that we had to delay using it until we had no reason to be in the vicinity. This KitchenAid is so quiet that if it wasn't for the progress lights on the front of the door, we wouldn't know that it was operating. The cleaning ability of the unit is outstanding. Day old egg yolks or melted cheese are no problem.

Great dishwasher love the top rack. Cleans and drys dishes every wash. Bottom rack has room for tall dishes.

We replaced a not so old LG Dishwasher that we were never really happy with from the start. This KitchenAid dishwasher cleans dishes so much better and is very quiet. They warn you upfront that if you want to save water and electricity then the wash time is longer. It's worth the time. It is a bit pricey but we were able to get it on sale and the sales rep was good about working with us on a price match.
