I was really looking to buy the Bosch but struck an incredible deal that was $250 under the similar Bosch model. Best Buy matched my offer that made the experience very easy. It is super quiet, very sturdy and does a great job cleaning. The free install was easy, fast and very professional. I am very happy with my purchase.

After much research, I chose this model and couldn't be happier. It is uber quiet, cleans and dries all dishes thoroughly. I have always rinsed our dishes before putting in dishwasher-NOT anymore. Reviews I had read said that glasses and plastics were still wet after washed (the manual even warned of it) but that isn't the case. All dry and clean.

This dishwasher does exactly what it is supposed to do: efficiently clean all those dirty dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. I suppose it would clean the kitchen sink, too, if you could get it in there. Maybe best of all is how QUIET this machine is! And it looks good alongside our other updated KitchenAid appliances we recently purchased.

This is a very quite dishwasher. The third rack is nice in theory, but you cannot put a wine glass on the top rack because of the third rack. Overall it seems to have a little bit less storage than the LG it replaced. Bottom rack does not accommodate our bowls as well. It gets the job done, very quietly. I do like the light that indicates when it is finished.

Our old dishwasher was about 14 years old and wasn’t really doing it’s job. I’ve only had it for 2 days and I’m loving how clean the dishes are.

I was interested in a dishwasher with first, an adjustable top rack, and second, a rack at the top for utensils. This dishwasher fits the bill. It is also a lot quieter than my old dishwasher - something I didn't care about because I run it on the timer at night, but I can run it in daytime without the noise if I want to now.

This is not only a very attractive dishwasher but it operates flawlessly once you get used to it. This replaced an old dishwasher with a mechanical spin dial and I much prefer this model with the electronic controls on the top of the door. It is super quiet and the indicator on the front of the door tells me when it's running and when it's finished.

Runs extremely quiet, have to listen to make sure its even running unless its draining. Cleans well but it smells really bad. No food is left in filter and the water it always seems to leave is clear but there's always an odor we just can't get rid of. Fortunately the smell doesn't transfer to cleaned dishes but it doesn't stay gone long after each wash.

I love my dishwasher!!! I had my other dishwasher for a very long time before it died on me. So when I had to buy a new one, I picked Kitchen Aid, since the other one was a Kitchen Aid. They last forever!! The dishwasher is so quiet, I don't even know it is running. The dishes, pots and glassware comes out so clean and dry. YOU WILL LOVE THIS DISHWASHER!!!!

Great dishwasher. Substantial silverware basket. QUIET! Good job cleaning. Only problem is that sometimes on the wine glasses, I get a foggy on the base and a small one on the rim. Jet Dry is full so that’s not the problem. I’ll have to call Kitchen Aid and see if they can solve it. Overall satisfied.

It took someone to come out 3 times to get it to work. It didn't work when they first installed it. I called best buy to come out and fix it, and they said I had to go through the manufacturer. When the manufacturer help came out they were nice but couldn't fix it either. They last time they came out they replaced the latch and the top rolling rack, and now it works. I found out they have been having problems with this models latch not staying closed. Now that it's fixed it cleans great. I was not happy with Best buy service.

Did my research on several dishwashers and extremely happy with this incredibly quiet and great cleaner. My old GE dishwasher was decent, but had to dry the dishes again by hand, not this KitchenAid model, super clean, quiet and dry. * Note, we have to really listen 15 to 20 feet away to hear if this KitchenAid is actually on!

This dishwasher is amazing - it is so quiet you can't tell that it is running. Unfortunately we are having some issues with wet dishes...

So far so good. Only been using this unit for about 6 weeks or so. But being that this is a busy season with guests at the house it’s getting used every other day. And it’s performing well so far. Takes a bit longer than I think it should to so it’s job but it does it well.

Old dishwasher no longer getting anything clean. What a difference with the new one. Bought it for the 3rd rack, bottle jets which all work great. And bonus is that I can easily get at the filter to make sure it is clean. This dishwasher does everything I could hope for.

The only comment I'd have is the 3rd rack on top seems to be in the way. It is too small for anything useful and takes away from top main rack capacity. Our Yeti cups didn't fit until we removed the 3rd shallow rack. We've removed it. It cleans super well and SUPER quiet. I love that.

The build quality is what I would expect from Kitchen Aid, it washes well and is incredibly quiet. I was surprised that there could be such a huge difference in quality of finish and performance between appliances. This is a very good quality dishwasher that is easy to use and because it is quiet it works well in open concept homes.
