We love this dishwasher! It is so quiet, we have to stand right next to it and put your ear to it to make sure we turned it on. The adjustable racks are great for fitting those typically hard to fit items in and the top rack for spatulas and large utensils is great.

I purchased this product on 11/29. It was installed on 12/6. On 12/28, water began to pool and not drain during use leaving standing water on floor of product. On 12/29: (1) I called Best Buy’s phone support who told me to go to the store to set up a replacement; and (2) I went to the store where a replacement was refused despite phone support instructing me to go to the store and despite a major malfunction 22 days after installation. Now, I am waiting for “repair” which, of course, should not be a thing for a defective unit that stopped working properly 22 days after installation (this obviously does not bode well for a product that should last 10+ years). A few other notes: 1. Best Buy’s/Pacific Sales’s customer service is pathetic. I got the runaround from phone support and in store who provided contradictory information, wasted most of my Sunday With their nonsense, and did not fix the problem. 2. I would never make another meaningful purchase from the Best Buy store in West Hollywood. They simply do not stand behind their products despite all the puffery in the store about their great customer service. 3. I have little doubt that a technician can “fix” my current problem given that machine is only 22 days old. The problem is that a major appliance which breaks in a major way after 22 days seems likely to be a lemon that will constantly break and come nowhere close to lasting the 10+ years this should last (just like if you got a lemon for a car). Best Buy’s only fixes for this were to: (a) keep getting the machine “fixed” (at my inconvenience); or (2) sign up for their very expensive service/extended warranty plan (which should not be necessary 22 days into ownership). The product is trash. The store is trash. And, the customer service is trash. But, sure, go ahead and buy from this store if you want to spend money on a product suffering a major problem 22 days after installation and a company that refuses to stand behind their product.

We replaced a Samsung with a Kitchen-Aid. Major upgrade. This one is quiet, gets the dishes clean, but it is not fast. The old one was had a weak pump and broke several times. I have never been dissatisfied with Kitchen Aid.

Just custom built a very nice home but my wife has been disappointed in the upgraded dishwasher we added. We just purchased a new KitchenAid refrigerator and while we were there inquired about the dishwasher. Fantastic at cleaning, drying, and noise level. Great product!

Really quiet. Gets dishes clean and dry. Still trying to get used to the racks and we can’t decide if we get as much in as our old washer. But we’re very happy with this purchase. When we open it up Rainbows Spiral round and round tremble and explode. Now that’s clean!

This dishwasher is AMAZING!!! Quietest dishwasher I have ever had. The only drawback which is the same with any energy efficient appliance is it takes longer to run a cycle. Other than that it has amazing features and does an excellent job!

After years of owning a Kitchenaid dishwasher it was time for a replacement. Though I really like this one I have to say I'm not the biggest fan of the 3rd rack. It prevents me from placing a lot of my larger cups on my top rack. It's extremely quiet and cleans very well. Just wish the top rack was removable.

Can't believe how quiet it is. Hard to tell it is running. So far so good. Does a great job of getting dishes clean. Finding that we don't need rinse aid with Extended ProDry, Love the top tray for larger spoons, lids, etc. Downside - you lose some height in the main cavity for larger cookie sheet pans.

Dishwasher is so quiet that I had to double check to see if it was on the first time I had it on. With my old dishwasher if I put any of my plastic containers to wash ,they would never dry completely. With the kitchenaid,everything comes out spotless and dry.

The dishwasher was expensive but has lived up to its reputation. It cleans well and by using the correct settings the dishes are dry every time. Not a huge fan of the third rack it takes space away From larger water bottles. Overall we are very satisfied so far. Very quiet as well!

Only had this Dishwasher for about two months, but it's been great thus far. The hidden drawer for flatter objects has been great, but don't forget you put things up there. The bottle washer feature is also really nice for bottles and mason jars.

We found this on a good sale. Delivery was on time and the installer was pleasant and professional. The washer is quiet and cleans well so far. Third rack is great, as is the adjustable second rack. Very happy with our purchase.

This is a very quiet dishwasher. You have to listen closely to know its on. Very big inside with great racks and features. It does take a while to cycle through a deep cleaning and drying, but we start it at bed time and everything is ready in the morning.

The dishwasher itself is awesome. It's so quiet, I hardly know it's even running. Glad they have a convenient light when the cycle is all the way finished. If you get "free" installation, beware that everything must be right otherwise you lose your appointment and have to spend more money to get another person out to access and/or perform the necessary upgrades to fully install the dishwasher. This was my first experience buying a dishwasher/appliance and the first time having it installed. I figured if it's free, why not. Never will I go through this service again. I lost 3 days of work trying to be home for each time someone had to come out and attempt the install until the dishwasher was finally complete. I'm just going to replace all the appliances myself next time versus dealing with the poor experience we had.

Cleans dishes very well, super quiet, and the bottle washer is an excellent feature. The only thing we don't like is the silverware caddy.. It takes up a good portion of the bottom rack when we use it.
